The new GLE blends harmoniously into the current Mercedes-Benz design language while preserving the character of this popular off-roader. The new front bumper enhances its visual presence on the road. The internal design of the headlights has also been further developed and now features two horizontally arranged star logos and a visor element. When the DIGITAL LIGHT headlights are activated, blue ambient lighting is visible below these stars as a high-quality detail.
The headlights and the enlarged radiator grille are seamlessly integrated into a single unit thanks to the Black Panel. The central star sits within a striking, optionally illuminated chrome frame and is surrounded by a star pattern, the Mercedes-Benz Pattern. A subtle Mercedes-Benz Pattern enhances the side air intake grilles. Another eye-catching feature is the new generation of exterior mirrors with a high-gloss black lower section and a matching connection to the body. A typical SUV element is the large, visually appealing underride guard.
