The silhouette alone makes one thing unmistakably clear: the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé stands for performance at the highest level. Characterized by its dynamic fastback design, long, low-slung hood, steeply raked windshield, and striking rear diffuser, the vehicle makes a clear statement of maximum sportiness. Compared to its predecessor, the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé is 4 cm lower – despite the battery being located in the underbody. A true highlight is the front design: the AMG-specific radiator grille with its vertical struts is available with optional illumination for the first time and features a further developed, concave shape. The centrally positioned, illuminated Mercedes star and the headlights with star-shaped daytime running lights create a unique light signature, giving the sports car an unmistakable appearance.

The hood integrates seamlessly into the overall design. Derived from motorsport, the two striking power domes clearly reveal AMG's sports car DNA. The athletic design language continues in profile: the low front end gives way to boldly flared fenders. The flat, elongated greenhouse with its three-part window graphic rests firmly on the muscular rear shoulders. True to sports car style, the exterior mirrors are mounted directly on the front doors, while flush-mounted door handles demonstrate the aerodynamic refinement. The large wheels and long wheelbase further emphasize the sporty proportions.

From a bird's-eye view, the aerodynamically optimized tapering of the greenhouse towards the rear becomes visible, giving the vehicle its extremely wide, athletic shoulder line. Six circular taillights in a turbine design with a star graphic give the sports car a distinctive identity at the rear as well. Optionally available with an impressive light strip as an additional rear light, this signature strikingly underscores the sporty look.

00:04Ladies and gentlemen, friends of Mercedes-AMG,
00:07good evening and welcome to Los Angeles!
00:12We brought a German Autobahn with us.
00:16And you're standing right on it,
00:20in the middle of Los Angeles. I have to say,
00:23I've revealed quite a few new models during my time at Mercedes,
00:27but never in the middle of a freaking Autobahn.
00:31That's a first. The AMG GT four-door coupe
00:35is an extraordinary piece of engineering. One that challenges
00:39everything we thought we knew about fast cars.
00:43And about the thrill of driving. I have tested it thoroughly.
00:48So trust me when I say this. We didn't just meet
00:51the bar, we raced it. We have redefined performance,
00:55now also on the electric side of things.
01:05LA has an incredible car culture.
01:09It has some truly legendary roads.
01:13And now it even has the Autobahn.
01:16At least for tonight.
01:17But let's be honest, a great road is only half the story.
01:23To really enjoy a drive, you need the right car.
01:27A car that makes you smile when you see it.
01:30A car that gives you goosebumps when you turn it on.
01:34A car that makes your heart beat faster when you drive it.
01:39And do we have the right car for you tonight.
01:42The heart of every true AMG is the drivetrain.
01:46That has always been the case.
01:48But this time, I'll be honest,
01:51we went a little crazy.
01:53Because this time, we are bringing
01:55a real game changer.
01:57A true revolution.
01:58A technology that is so far ahead,
02:02it opens a completely new chapter.
02:05What am I talking about?
02:06I'm talking about axle flux motors.
02:09Yes, I know.
02:11It sounds like something from a Hollywood sci-fi movie.
02:14And that's actually quite fitting.
02:17Because it truly feels like taking us to the future.
02:21These motors are mind-blowing.
02:24They are compact.
02:25They are light.
02:26And their power is just unbelievable.
02:29Their power density is around three times higher
02:32than conventional EV motors.
02:35Torque density?
02:36Twice as high.
02:37Lots of power.
02:39Lots of torque.
02:40It is like an electric V8.
02:43And the car we are talking about to show you
02:45packs three of them.
02:47Two at the rear.
02:48One at the front.
02:50Together, they provide 860 kilowatts.
02:54That's 1,153 brake horsepower.
02:58Zero to 60, 2.1 seconds.
03:03So here, it's rocket science for an absolute rocket ship.
03:08But that's not all.
03:09Many cars are quick off the line.
03:12This car offers sustained performance.
03:15Repeatable, relentless.
03:17The new GT four-door coupe offers charging speeds of 600 kilowatts.
03:22That means you can add 500 kilometers of WLTP range in just over 10 minutes.
03:36Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome here on stage the all-new Mercedes-AMG GT four-door coupe.
04:00Oh no!
04:12A FEW LEELTPELS
04:13liebe声
04:13In a game story, need with it change.
04:44Man, our team was always pushing it a bit harder because we constantly compared.
04:50But it's also the small things.
04:51So it's your seating position is the way how your controls are centered around you.
05:04Now, this might come as a surprise to you.
05:07And if you believe in stereotypes.
