00:07It's a triangle.
00:08It's a perfect storm of culture created by your coach, your general manager, and your players.
00:16Brad Stevens obviously picks the right players.
00:18He develops a culture by bringing in guys he likes that have a lot of talent, more talent than you
00:23may even imagine.
00:24Now your coach is on a different page, creating incredible rotations, getting the most out of guys.
00:30Hell, I heard from Ron Harper Jr. after the game how Luka Garza delivered this amazing speech before the game.
00:37He literally delivered a speech that was along the lines of the Goonies, like, down here it's our time, up
00:42there it's their time.
00:44Garza telling the guys, this is our opportunity for all the times we were on the bench and we wish
00:49we were playing.
00:49Now we should show them we belong, that we can be starters.
00:52And they go out there and they beat a team that wants to get the win heading into the playoffs.
00:56And then Baylor Shireman was talking about how incredible Joe Missoula is, that there's a greater sense of accountability,
01:02that it's not like any place he's ever shot a basketball before.
01:05So you get Missoula having the season of a life, Brad Stevens on an absolute run picking the players.
01:09And then look at the quality of the human beings you have.
01:12Jalen Brown, Jason Tatum, all of these backup guys who now probably are as good as half of the starters
01:17around the rest of the league.
01:19There it is.
01:20There's your little perfect trial, your perfect storm right there.
01:22Yeah, I think you're right.
01:23You know, I think the inclination is to give the head coach the credit.
01:27And he deserves a lot of credit because he's in the trenches day to day.
01:30Okay, so let's say you have a triangle.
01:32Obviously, you put the most important one up top and it kind of feeds down to it.
01:35So do you put the players there or do you put Missoula at the top?
01:38Or do you put Brad Stevens up there?
01:40Because he picks everybody.
01:41He's selected Missoula.
01:42He's drafted the players.
01:43And he kind of molded the players.
01:45He did.
01:45Like he was in there in the earlier stages of development for said players that were praising.
01:50And that's like I always say, you know, the Belichick-Brady thing.
01:54Would Brady have been great?
01:55Probably.
01:55But was Bill there to help mold him?
01:57Absolutely.
01:57Like he played a role in the infancy of the NFL quarterback that is Tom Brady.
