Day 3 of the Pakistan NextGen Hospitality Challenge (PNHC) 2026—Season 2 unfolded with remarkable energy, creativity, and industry engagement, further solidifying the event’s reputation as Pakistan’s premier platform for emerging hospitality talent. Organized by the College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM), the day was packed with immersive learning experiences, educational visits, and meaningful interactions with leading hospitality and tourism professionals.
Participants across multiple categories—including Culinary Innovation & Presentation, Baking & Patisserie Innovation, Barista Techniques & Presentation, Front Office Management, Food & Beverages/Restaurant Service, Sales & Marketing Management, Strategic Thinking in Hospitality, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Tourism Economy & Destination Innovation—engaged in hands-on industry exposure. Students visited renowned hotels, restaurants, cafés, heritage sites, and corporate institutions, gaining practical insights into real-world hospitality operations.
A key highlight of the day was the interaction with prominent tourism authorities, including representatives from the Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) and the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP). These engagements provided participants with a deeper understanding of destination management, tourism policy, and sustainable development.
