02:32We begin with breaking news that's coming in on the absolute chaos that played out just
02:37about an hour ago at Vijay's Kare Kodi rally. Kare Kodi is just about two hours from Madurai,
02:42but that stretch from Madurai to Kare Kodi took Vijay over four hours and finally his speech
02:47was cancelled because he didn't manage to reach the venue in time with strict restrictions
02:52in place for timing also for Vijay to address the gathering. He didn't manage to meet the
02:58deadline. His speech was cancelled. But absolute chaos, confusion. Many would also ask if Vijay
03:04is to be blamed himself for the chaos. Because at one point of that rally, when crowds were
03:08surging, guess what Vijay chose to do? The TVK chief decided to get down from the van and
03:14start cycling. That's when all hell broke loose because fans started coming together in large
03:19numbers, tried to reach him, tried to touch him. At one point, Vijay even fell down while
03:25attempting to cycle through that crazy crowd. And so that question must be asked whether he
03:30too aided in the chaos that played out in Kare Kodi. Unfortunately, it said this even as
03:36there was even an accident that took place while his van was coming through, a bike fell right
03:41underneath. And yes, you can put the honors on the irresponsible fans as well. They never
03:45seem to learn their lesson. But did Vijay further instigate, create that mess by attempting to cycle
03:50through the crowd? Footage, dramatic footage of him cycling and then falling down as fans tried
03:56to mob him has also come to light. But ultimately, as a result of all of this, Vijay did not
04:01manage
04:01to address the crowd in Kare Kodi. Remember, we'd spoken to the TVK candidate, Dr. Prabhu,
04:07when we were there in Kare Kodi. And so for him, as someone who is really hoping on this being

04:12four-way contest and making inroads at the cost of the Congress, at the cost of the AMMK, at the
04:18cost
04:19of NTK in Kare Kodi, for him, it's a setback. Because having Vijay campaign in the seat obviously
04:24gives you a big boost. Vijay instead just came, introduced the candidate, Dr. Prabhu, and then
04:29had to leave. Wasn't allowed to speak because he was well past that deadline. Huge crowds that had
04:34gathered in Kare Kodi, as always, to catch a glimpse of Vijay. And ultimately, they had to leave
04:39disappointed. The worry was that with time passing by, a Karoor-like situation could play out.
04:45Because remember, in Karoor, almost seven hours, the crowd was kept waiting.
04:48Ramoth Madhav is joining us live with more details on this absolute chaos, confusion.
04:53Ramoth, no lessons, it seems, learned from what happened in Karoor. Yes, there are restrictions.
04:58But what explains a Vijay attempting to cycle to the venue, knowing the kind of crowds that
05:03have gathered?
05:06Well, Akshita, that's a very important question that you're asking, because we have constantly
05:09been trying to actually tell the people, especially the kind of cautious that they have to be
05:14extremely careful as to what is happening over there. Almost for nearly four hours, people
05:18were standing in extremely hot sun just to meet Vijay. He comes to Ritchie Madhav, and
05:22he from there, he actually comes all the way as a roadshow to this place. Imagine, the roadshow
05:26seems to be much more important for Vijay's team, that the actual speech that is supposed
05:30to be conducted at the venue, that was cancelled. He came over there, he raised the candidate's
05:35hand, and he just introduced to them, and he had to leave immediately. And I believe it
05:39was Busi Anand who had to completely apologize to the crowd, asking them to leave.
05:42And amidst all this, there was another issue at Ritchie Airport itself, where one of the
05:46bouncers apparently was acting disrespectful to a reporter, and that turned out to be a
05:51chaotic situation over there as well. But just like you mentioned, even though we are blaming
05:55the police for imposing multiple conditions, this is one of the reasons, just to make sure
06:00that there is no life loss. And I have to also remind you that there was one more accident
06:04today as well. Two people on a bike, motorbike, apparently skid and fell down. This is the third
06:09incident evidently we have seen since Vijay have started this programme in this year alone,
06:13Akshita.
06:18Absolutely unfortunate and let's hope better sense prevails among the fans too, because
06:22they are constantly putting their life at risk, their lives at risk just for one glimpse
06:26of Vijay. And so there is clearly a need for restrictions to be put in place, and importantly, those
06:32restrictions to be followed as well. Thanks very much, Pramodh, for joining us with those
06:36details. But the other big headline that's emerged from Tamil Nadu from the TVK camp is
06:41the fact that Vijay's film, Jan and I again, which didn't release, remember, has been leaked
06:46online. The entire two hour plus film is now available online. Aside from the ratings where
06:52people have to say, the question that comes up is who leaked this movie. The TVK is blaming
06:57the DMK and BJP. But ultimately, there are questions about whether this is a political conspiracy.
07:11As the Tamil Nadu election heat intensifies, Thalapati Vijay finds himself at the centre of
07:18yet another controversy. His upcoming film, Jan and I again, which is still awaiting permission
07:23for theatrical release, has now been leaked online. The leak has triggered widespread concern,
07:31not just among Vijay's fans, but across the film industry. The film's director has expressed deep
07:37anguish over the incident and has urged the fans not to share or download the leaked content
07:43under any circumstances. Several leading Hollywood actors have extended their support to the film
07:51and has strongly condemned the piracy. Production house KVN has issued a firm warning stating that
07:59sharing or circulating the leaked content is a serious criminal offence and that civil and criminal
08:04proceedings will be initiated against violators. In the midst of the controversy, Vijay's party TVK has
08:16accused the DMK and BJP for targeting the actor and called the leak deliberate.
08:23Now it is pretty obvious that this leak must have been from Adhavarjuna only, considering the kind
08:28of person he is. And in the words of his own brother-in-law, Charles Martin, he is called
08:34Adhavarjuna a very crooked person. And his crooked brains might have prompted him to release the movie
08:41ahead to, you know, cause some sort of commotion or, you know, to make Vijay stay relevant in politics.
08:49Janan Igan's release was planned ahead of the assembly elections and was intended to bolster
08:54which his image. The censor board's denial of a certificate foiled the plan. The leak online
08:59has now come as a double whammy for the filmmakers.

10:41We have the State Education Minister Anbil Mahesh with us.
10:44Sir, since morning, there's been a kind of like exchange of words on Twitter between the Chief Minister MK Stalin
10:48and Union Minister Darmendra Pravan over the three-language policy.
10:52We just want to know why DMK has become so upset over this issue right now.
10:55Sir, I always, we used to say like the two-language policy is given by Pairing Ranna.
10:59So we always stick on to that. You all know like almost two to three years, like the amount from
11:05Samagra Siksha, Abiyan, almost more than 3,458 crores they are not releasing because of their insisting us on these
11:12three-language policy.
11:12And we are always clear. See, Tamil is for our root and English is for the global region. That is
11:18more than enough.
11:18And even in Tamil Nadu, we are just giving more education on the mother tongue and we are giving more
11:24equation on the English and spoken English and everything, right?
11:29So on that part, like while we are doing, we are focusing more on these two-language policy.
11:32Again, they are insisting on the third language on this one and which is going to give the result in
11:37the, a lot of dropouts and a lot of failures.
11:54And that is how elections are celebrating in the state of Tamil Nadu.
11:57You could see the number of colorful flags that is going over here, DMK, DMDK and everybody.
12:01This is the celebration mode and this is the kind of campaign trail that is for Minister TRB Raja, the
12:08Industries Minister from DMK,
12:09who is once again contesting from Manargudi.
12:11And these are the people who are with them, the carers who are coming over here, seeking their support, voter
12:16support from this location.
12:18And this is TRB Raja. Let's go and talk to him briefly.
12:21You mentioned that for the next 100 years now, Dravidian government is going to lay a major road map.
12:25So the Tamil identity and the two-language policy are going to play a very important role in this?
12:31Absolutely. It's always, it's been one of our main mantras since Perenaga Anna Urgal spoke about it.
12:38It has to be two languages. It cannot be a three-language policy.
12:45It can be a hundred languages. We don't have a problem with that if it is not imposed on anybody,
12:51right?
12:51As long as it is not imposed, we'll take a thousand language policy.
12:56And in fact, we are giving the options of learning Japanese, German, Taiwanese, Mandarin in many of our schools now,
13:04right?
13:04And this is what we want to bring to the table.
13:06We want to open up the world while Delhi wants to open up just a bit of North India.
13:11The first three members from the same family is contesting in Tamil Nadu and that is about Santiago Martin, the
13:17lottery baron.
13:18His wife, Lima Rose, who is behind us over there, is contesting from the AADMK ticket at Lalkudi.
13:25His son, Josh Charles Martin, is actually contesting from Pudicherry and their son-in-law, Adhav Arjun,
13:34who is an important leader in Tamil Nadu, is contesting from the Bilivakam constituency in Chennai against Karthik Mohan from
13:43DMK.
13:44So this is very interesting to find out that Santiago Martin is planning to play, his family is planning to
13:49play a very important role in Tamil Nadu.
14:07On the next conversation, I'm going to talk about the mk.stallie, when we have talked about Mk.stallie,
14:12there are a few times where the mk.stallie has changed the mk.stallie, and then it's a nk.stallie.

15:40I think the chief minister has been in a very long term hibernation.
15:44The BJP has been categorically saying that it will implement the new education policy in
15:49the state of Tamil Nadu, which every other state in the country has accepted and every
15:53other state is in the path of progress, whereas Tamil Nadu under the chief minister MK Stalin
15:58has been trying to destruct the state in every possible way.
16:01Any sort of development, the only obstruction between development and Tamil Nadu is the DMK.
16:06So even here I don't understand what this problem is if the children of Tamil Nadu, the
16:09students of Tamil Nadu learn three languages.
16:23Mr. Mohal Manakam, I see you heard a few Tamil words as well.
16:27I just heard you saying, when, down, down, free, all of that.
16:29How do you know it, sir?

16:39What makes you confident that this election is different from 2021?
16:44Well, the DMK stands totally exposed for the incompetent government they've run,
16:51for the high level of corruptions in the state government.
16:55This single family has ruined the culture of the children of Tamil Nadu.
17:00There is vicar scam, test bike scam running into thousands of croats, maybe over a lack of croats.
17:06There is scam in jobs, scam in postings, transfers, scam in land allotment,
17:12scam in sand bhaktiya.
17:15This government is one of the most corrupt governments that India has ever seen.
17:20And yet the constant narrative is that Mr. Stalin and Joe's, you see images of him coming out,
17:27for example today, the Chennai image for meeting people, and so the DMK office says that Mr. Stalin is a
17:31loved leader.
17:32I am glad that after five years, he has thought of connecting with the people of Chennai or Tamil Nadu.
17:38Where was he all these years?
17:39He is eating up all the money of Tamil Nadu, doing corruption of humongous care.
17:46Every contract in Tamil Nadu reeks of corruption.
17:50Every member of the family is busy troubling people and collecting money.
17:57The people of Tamil Nadu will never accept Udhaniti Stalin as the chief minister.
18:03He is an anti-Tamil pride, anti-Tamil culture person, totally anti-Tamil.
18:09Tamil culture, Tamil tradition, Tamil is proud of the rich history and he is attacking the rich history of Tamil

18:21Anybody in Tamil Nadu will not speak the language he speaks about Sanatandaram.
18:26What is Sanatandaram?
18:29Sanatandaram comes from Tamil Nadu.
18:31Look at all the temples now that he is visiting.
18:33What has happened to him suddenly?
18:36What happened to all his comments calling Tamil culture mosquito and cockroach?

21:38So in this alliance, if the BJP is looking to grow, what's your growth plan exactly?
21:43Well, I have got 27 Sikhs against 20 Sikhs last time.
21:46This time we will do a very good performance in the assembly election also.

21:57And we will grow our alliance so that we sweep the Lok Sabha election also.

22:20The last time Kamala Sir, who is also a very veteran film star, was defeated even at the MLA level
