00:12will rise from £70 to £100 across the company's regional fleet. National Express says the increase
00:19brings its system into line with other local transport operators and is meant to deter fare
00:25evasion. The operator says anyone found without a ticket could also be prosecuted and if convicted
00:30in court fined up to £1,000. National Express says most passengers pay fairly
00:37but a small minority continue to ignore the rules there.
