New stations in the Black Country are now serving trains again as part of a major West Midlands rail investment. Local leaders say the restored links could improve journeys and support communities.

00:09They are part of a £185 million project, restoring rail links across the West Midlands, not used for decades.
00:17Services are to run on the Shrewsbury to Birmingham New Street line via Wolverhampton.
00:23The openings follow three other new stations on the Camp Hill line in South Birmingham at Moseley Village, Kings Heath
00:31and Pineapple Road.
00:32It's given residents access to neighbourhood rail services for the first time since the Second World War.
00:39Walsall Council leader Mike Bird calls the openings a major milestone.
