00:15My name is Anthony Norman. I'm 25 years old. I'm from Nashville, Tennessee.
00:25An exciting time for us because we're about to go on our big retreat.
00:27And that's what you're helping out with here.
00:34Anthony, I need to talk to you right now. Father to father, I need to talk to you.
00:40Let's go!
00:45Anthony, come up here. I'm going to talk to you myself.
00:49Have a seat, my friend.
00:52Have a seat. Make yourself comfortable.
01:00Here we go, here we go.
01:02Okay, here we go. Camera's ready.
01:04Alright, Q dug out. Q dug out.
01:07Alright, listen, I just want to say what Anthony just did for him to bust into that room and to
01:13stop that deal, I mean, that took guts.
01:16The truth is that we have actually hoped that you would bust through that room and stop that deal since
01:21the very first minute you showed up at Rockin' Grandma's.
01:24Really?
01:25I told you that this was my last company retreat.
01:28Yeah.
01:29What I didn't tell you was that it was also my first company retreat.
01:35Because I'm not actually the CEO of Rockin' Grandma's.
01:40You see, Rockin' Grandma's is not a real company.
01:45Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
01:46That is not my son over there.
01:49You're lying. You're lying.
01:51How? Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
01:53Hold on, hold on.
01:53Anthony.
01:54Y'all about to mess my brain up.
01:56Anthony.
01:57We are all actors.
02:00And this is a TV show.
02:03And the only thing that's real is...
02:05Give him a minute, give him a minute.
02:09Take your time, baby. Take your time.
02:11You know what's crazy is I've been saying that this whole time.
02:15This whole time.
02:17We know.
02:19Every time I'm like, this day, what's gonna be next?
02:22I feel like I'm living in a TV show.
02:25Oh, my goodness. Y'all are incredible actors.
02:28All of y'all are phenomenal actors.
02:31Marjorie, too? She's an actor?
02:35Yes, absolutely.
02:37Even though Rockin' Grandma's wasn't a real company,
02:40you were definitely its best employee.
02:43Yeah, I see.
02:45You showed that you had a deep affection for the family of Rockin' Grandma's.
02:51No matter what we threw at you, you kept your cool.
02:54You calmly took on the role of Captain Fun when your boss left the retreat on the very first day.
03:00Everything's good. You're gonna have a great time. You're Captain Fun.
03:02You got this. You got this. I don't got this.
03:04And Dougie. Oh, my God.
03:07You helped him every single day.
03:09He's not gonna believe me, dog.
03:11I got your back.
03:12No one believes me.
03:13I believe you.
03:14You sound like you don't believe in yourself.
03:15I do.
03:16I will back you.
03:18So this really isn't your dad?
03:19That's really not my dad.
03:21Really?
03:21That's really not my dad.
03:22Really, really.
03:23That's not my dad.
03:24But what is real is the friendship that we made.
03:26You are my brother for life.
03:27So thank you for being there for Dougie and really being there for me through this whole thing.
03:32I love you, bro.
03:32Absolutely. Love you, too, man.
03:34Anthony.
03:37Do you really like snacks?
03:39Like, is that real?
03:40Are you really gonna make a PJ snack talk or was that all BS?
03:43Well, now I feel like I have to.
03:48Hey, Anthony.
03:50I'm Stephanie.
03:51I'm not Helen.
03:53And...
03:54You was my favorite.
03:55You was my favorite.
03:59I have to tell you what you did for me.
04:02As an older person, you get pushed to the side a lot.
04:07You get in the last seat.
04:08You get chosen last for the games.
04:11And you didn't ever see me that way.
04:13You saw me as a person and not some older lady.
04:17And that means the world to me.
04:19And the amount of love that you gave everybody here made my heart so huge and happy.
04:25And I'm just grateful for you.
04:26And you are a fine, fine man.
04:29And don't you ever forget that, okay?
04:31Yes, ma'am.
04:32Okay.
04:40There's more.
04:43For all the hard work you've done for us,
04:46we would like to give you something.
04:47a final paycheck in the amount of $150,000.
04:57Yes!
04:59Yes!
05:01Yes!
05:02Yes!
05:03Yeah!
05:05Yeah!
05:06Woo!
05:09Woo!
05:10Okay.
05:12Congratulations.
05:13You are...
05:14Ah, yeah, yeah.
05:16We love you, man.
05:19And at this point, we have special guests who would like to join us here.
05:25And if it's okay with you, we would like to introduce you to the team!
05:34Woo!
05:37Woo!
05:42Woo!
05:42Woo!
05:43They're like, where did all these people come from?
05:45Where were y'all hiding at?
05:47The amount of people that went into making this possible for me to have this experience,
05:51it seemed like people were coming out of everywhere and everything.
05:57Woo!
05:58Woo!
05:59Woo!
06:00Woo!
06:00We've been here for Paul, y'all.
06:01I have questions like...
06:03Oh yeah!
06:03How did I go from an assistant, to like, being in a TV show?
06:09And who got answers?
06:11Can I get one more hug for my family?
06:25We are scouting Oak Canyon, which will be our home for this season.
06:29In the first season of Jury Duty we had to worry about essentially three rooms and now we have a
06:35site that is ten times that size.
06:37It will be the basis of the retreat.
06:40Thinking about doing a yurt with a roof piece, I have some renders here.
06:46We need to build a huge amount in addition to the existing structures to allow us to cover the storylines
06:51we have planned
06:52as well as accommodate the entire cast and hero that are staying on site throughout the shoot.
06:56It's a massive undertaking.
06:58We're building a fake world the hell we'll be living in.
07:28Y'all seem so close, like there was no prep work at all.
07:32Oh there was, lots of rehearsal.
07:35Hi everyone, welcome to the next iteration of Jury Duty.
07:42202, Act 1, waiting for Doug to arrive and start the morning meeting.
07:47Hey guys, I'm going to make an executive call and thinking we should probably wait for my dad before we
07:53get started.
07:53No one thought otherwise. People talk about how they slept.
08:06I'm Helen Schaefer, I've been here since 1999, which is 26 years.
08:11I was the first employee, Doug Cole.
08:14And I was surprised that people did not like the honey butter chips from Korea.
08:19I thought it'd be a hit, but you know, we learned.
08:23And at 5 o'clock, I'm out.
08:25I'm picking up the twins from soccer and karate.
08:28On Fridays, we go to church.
08:30Amen.
08:32Before doing this show, I sort of had the misconception that like, if you show up and sort of mutter
08:38some improv, you know, with an earshot of a normal person, that there's a show.
08:44Quite to the contrary, this show, it involves a very precise work.
08:49We knew that our cameras were here, here, and here.
08:51You were coming in and talking to Hero, right?
08:54Part of your job before you get into the scene is you keep talking to him, right?
08:58Oh, that's, yeah, yeah.
08:59So you're talking like this because now Hero's going to talk to me this way, right?
09:04And now we can see the Hero, right?
09:06Your blocking has to be very precise in certain cases.
09:09I think it's just a twisty.
09:11Give him a slight ear left.
09:12Give him a slight ear left.
09:14Oh, man.
09:15It was actually more like doing a stage musical at certain points than doing an improv show just for sheer
09:22precision.
09:23Yeah, don't do it!
09:25Go, stop.
09:26Slap the bananas here.
09:28Omar!
09:29Hey!
09:35You can face us.
09:37That'd be a funny place to pet.
09:39And then we see you like this, right?
09:41You're going like this going, what?
09:44And then like trying to move, and you kind of can't move.
09:46Okay.
09:49Oh, God!
09:50What is my black ass doing here?
10:05I almost just f***ing destroyed Max.
10:11One, two.
10:13To prepare for the battle that happens in the Doug Capiline, Wendy, who plays Elizabeth, and I met with Charlie,
10:20who is the stunt coordinator on this.
10:22The hardest part of rehearsing for rehearsing for that was doing it while balancing on the inflatable course.
10:28Oh, God.
10:29Wow!
10:30Whoa!
10:31I don't know how you prepare for that.
10:32It is really hard to stand up there.
10:34This is designed to take you.
10:35So, I mean, if you want to reach with the elbow a little bit, it's natural.
10:40Two, and...
10:41The biggest part of that sell, honestly, was then Wendy ran over to the side and got bloodied up for
10:47that reveal.
10:48Let me see it!
10:49Let me see it!
10:50Oh, my God!
10:50Oh, my God!
10:51It's bleeding!
10:52I'm bleeding!
10:53Oh, my God!
10:54So that he didn't know that this was all just like TV magic.
10:57You're trying to create the perfect family of Grandma's hot sauces?
11:01We have not tried this one yet.
11:02No, we tried the green, and you did not like the green.
11:07It's smoke forward.
11:09Smoke forward?
11:10Is it too smokey?
11:11It's so smoky.
11:12It's as smoky as it's smoky.
11:13I thought it maybe tasted like a tiger.
11:18Good morning!
11:20It is day one.
11:22Enjoy it.
11:23Have a great day.
11:24Today we buy all the fun and games that we're going to get into for the next two weeks.
11:28We're all so excited to be working with everyone in this room.
11:31Thank you very much.
11:32We've gone this far.
11:33Have a great day!
11:38Okay, here we go again.
11:40Let's do it!
11:41Yeah, Brian, hero's landed.
11:42Hero's landed.
11:44Let me see you widen out and include a piece of PJ in your frame there.
11:49Let me get a little long push in on our hero.
11:53I think the conference room lights auto-turned off.
11:56That's fine.
11:57Okay, we have probably like 45, 50 cameras.
12:02We've got tents everywhere.
12:03Everything has to be blacked out.
12:05Another false wall.
12:07We've shortened this hallway.
12:13I just...
12:14All of this for little old me.
12:22What's the proper name for this room?
12:24Control.
12:25The control room.
12:26And every day there'd be about 30 people hiding in this room.
12:30Silently.
12:31And we would sneak out every morning and every evening.
12:33You know what's crazy?
12:34Like, I was like, what?
12:34Like, we never go back here.
12:36What is this?
12:37All right, let's keep on coming.
12:39Let's go.
12:40Anthony, these carts?
12:41Yeah?
12:42Yeah, there's cameras in there.
12:44I'm not going to call, right?
12:45Hidden cameras everywhere.
12:46Everywhere.
12:47There were hides everywhere.
12:48Like, the garbage cans look like just regular old garbage cans.
12:52And there's cameras behind them.
12:53You're walking.
12:54There's a camera tracking you on a wire.
12:57Yeah, it was really cool.
13:01Oh, my goodness.
13:05You look right up that lens today for five seconds and look straight at his head.
13:10Oh, no clue.
13:13I'm trying to replay everything in my mind all at once of, how did I miss this?
13:18How did I, you know, how did I not see any of this going on?
13:22Every morning when you would leave, all these people would come in and then we would go back out.
13:28I was kind of curious because sometimes, like, we would literally just go get breakfast in the morning and come
13:31back.
13:31And I'm like, what the fuck are we doing?
13:35We send Hiro off on a run.
13:38Then 100 people swarm into this little area, like cockroaches coming out of the room.
13:43And then we have this quick meeting because he's coming.
13:45He's coming.
13:46He's coming.
13:46We've got to get out.
13:47We've got to get out.
13:48Oh, the duck.
13:49Let's go.
13:50We've got to get out of here.
13:50All right, guys.
13:51Super, super short because he's got a tiny run because it's late.
13:54We've got to get out of here.
13:55But holy sh**.
13:57Great job.
13:58Woo!
13:59Woo!
14:01100 people swarm out.
14:02And then it's just the, like, 14 of us.
14:05You look at my car?
14:06I did.
14:07Yeah.
14:08Yes, cameras are down, but, like, we're still in character.
14:13Come on, dude.
14:15Boom.
14:15Oh!
14:20Oh!
14:21Oh!
14:22Oh!
14:22Oh!
14:22Oh!
14:23Oh!
14:30Oh!
14:33Welcome back.
14:33Right in the middle.
14:34Hello, man.
14:35That was a little strange to me.
14:37I was like, how's the assistant right here?
14:38You were like, I'm front and center.
14:39First day, you were like, damn, you got me from front and center.
14:42I was like, mm-hmm.
14:47Did you hear about how we almost ruined our own ending today?
14:51Hello.
14:52Hey, how are you?
14:53Well, and yourself?
14:53Good.
14:54Good.
14:54Appreciate it.
14:55Of course.
14:55When the notary arrived, we needed him to lock his keys and his stamps in the car to delay the
15:00signing.
15:00But when he pulled up.
15:01And I'll just be showing you to where they're located then.
15:04Why is there a window?
15:05What's the f***?
15:07This car was like, you just go over and reach in.
15:09Yeah.
15:09Reach in and open it.
15:10And we were like, oh, no.
15:12Marjorie, we have an emergency.
15:14I need her cart.
15:15Is that your other cart?
15:16I need you to hustle over towards the front of the welcome center.
15:18Hustle over towards the front of the welcome center.
15:20Okay.
15:21So what should I do?
15:22He can't play the locked bit now because the window's open on his car and he doesn't realize it.
15:27So you got to come help him.
15:28Asap.
15:29Asap.
15:29Go on.
15:29You got to hustle down there, Marjorie.
15:31Sorry.
15:31You're like, oh, good.
15:32You're here.
15:33Oh, good.
15:34You're here.
15:35Okay.
15:37Hang on one second.
15:38Go, go, go.
15:38Just intercept him.
15:39Get him now.
15:40Get him now.
15:40He's about to go back.
15:42Go, go, go.
15:43Shake his hand.
15:44Hey, I'm Marjorie.
15:45Hey, Marjorie.
15:46Arnold, how are you?
15:47Nice to meet you.
15:47Sorry.
15:47Nice to meet you.
15:48You made it.
15:49Yeah, I made it.
15:49Okay, good.
15:50Hang on one sec.
15:51No, no, no, no, no, no.
15:52No, get him, get him.
15:54No, no.
15:55It's okay.
15:55Okay.
15:56You're good.
15:56So you just go back to the business center.
15:58Okay.
15:58I'll show him.
15:59Yeah, sorry.
16:00Okay.
16:01Stay with him.
16:02Stay with him.
16:02Stay with him.
16:03Okay, slowly walk behind him.
16:05You know, we appreciate you coming out and helping us get through this, I guess, deal.
16:11All right, make sure they don't come back.
16:12John's going to run out, roll up the window.
16:13We're going to lock the car.
16:15All right, because he realizes the stamps are so long enough.
16:19Doug, he doesn't know the car is locked yet, so he's going to have to go back and check
16:23for his stamps in the car.
16:25Oh, my God.
16:27I left my stamps in the car.
16:28The car is locked, right?
16:31We're going to give MVP to Marjorie.
16:35Marjorie, you saved our butt.
16:36Yeah, no problem.
16:37I look forward to explaining to me what the hell just happened.
16:43Can we hold on a second and listen to where they're going?
16:49Those are fire trucks.
16:50There was something that smelled like smoke earlier.
16:54As of four minutes ago, three helicopters were working on it.
16:57It's five acres.
16:58Yeah.
16:59There is the helicopter right there.
17:03That day, the plane, we were like, we can't hold for sound.
17:06We can't hold for sound.
17:08Three planes, three helicopters.
17:10That was wild.
17:10It was insane.
17:11We're making plans in case anything happens.
17:13And that escalates, we need to move very quickly.
17:15So everyone have a state of readiness and care in us.
17:17Did you guys call the, like, look for me?
17:20Yeah.
17:21Did Marjorie, I don't know if, did Marjorie call, like,
17:24Helicopter was flying out of the mix, though?
17:27Oh, when you were missing, maybe.
17:28I hope she didn't call.
17:29I don't think.
17:35Oh, something we should let you know is that, like,
17:37we had a lot of speakers in educational classes.
17:40Only about, like, three or four of those were, like, real people.
17:43Most of those were, like, just actors pretending to try to give advice
17:48and get jokes out of it.
17:49Any other questions?
17:50Yeah.
17:51Yeah, can you speak about the corrosive influence of money in politics?
17:55Whew.
17:56Helen's eyes are closed.
17:59Whoa.
17:59Okay.
18:00Just making sure.
18:01We were supposed to not laugh during seminar, but I failed every time.
18:04I'm going to put be a whore on my bucket list.
18:06Oh, my God.
18:06Oh, do not do that.
18:07Do not do that.
18:08I couldn't help but laugh, because it was ridiculous.
18:11What are you doing?
18:12Why are you?
18:12Why did you turn my computer off?
18:15This is, like, the fifth time today.
18:19I had a huge problem with the seminars, because I couldn't stop laughing.
18:23But if I was an HR representative and you hand me this,
18:25I would have thought that said Cheerios.
18:28So, that's...
18:28You can learn a lot by handwriting.
18:30Yeah.
18:31Thank God my penis remained in my suit,
18:34but the testicles was what I was worried about.
18:36The Scott Norris workshop, talking about his balls.
18:39I mean, it was all shocking.
18:40Like, we didn't know what was going to happen in the seminars a lot of the times.
18:44My testicles are black.
18:46They're hard.
18:47They're ice cold.
18:48Now, the dead tissue that were my testicles, I take myself.
18:52I mean, Ian Roberts was so funny.
18:54It was just like, he really just, like, pushed the buttons over and over and over without breaking.
19:00Push snow next to my testicles.
19:02And at this point, I'm like, God, kill me!
19:07One of my favorite memories was when Rob and I were making out at Sagebrush,
19:13and I have an earwig in, and just giving notes to Rob's inside of his mouth.
19:20Going like, they're still coming.
19:22They're watching.
19:22They're coming.
19:23Oh, keep going.
19:23Like, it was so funny, because we, you could, like, feel each other smiling.
19:29Can you see when they come back?
19:31Uh-uh.
19:34Okay, Amy, now you have to get ready.
19:37Oh, my goodness.
19:38Yo, there was, I mean, Anthony was hitting the moves.
19:41He's coming, guys.
19:42He's coming.
19:43He's coming?
19:44My thing.
19:46Bro.
19:48Bro.
19:49Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
19:51Keep going, keep going.
19:52He sees you.
19:52Keep going.
19:54Keep going.
19:55He's watching.
19:56To go from saying no to Kevin, down to making out with other Anthony, I'm just like, Amy.
20:01No herpes, no hickey.
20:03No relationship.
20:06And this might be the most unbelievable thing to you, but I have two kids.
20:16My position here is assistant sourcing procurement manager, so I'm in charge of, like, ordering
20:24all the ingredients for the hot sauce.
20:26Oh, hey.
20:28The way he acted, like, I believed every moment of who he was and just his personality.
20:35I was just like, he's an interesting character.
20:37Well, he's your mailman, Mom.
20:39He's not, I don't think he's spying.
20:41He's allowed to open that.
20:42That's your mailbox.
20:44I don't want this to come across the wrong way, but are you a mama's boy?
20:46Uh, uh, I, uh, yeah.
20:49Oh, yeah.
20:50Hey, no shade.
20:51Hey, hey, don't shade.
20:52I called home to my mom just as much as I called to talk to my son.
20:55There's a strength right here.
20:57Right, right.
20:59And what did you think of this season's bad guys when True Kiss showed up?
21:04They were like robots, honestly, to me.
21:08Um, they were just part of this big company that they all looked alike.
21:12I don't really have a dog in the fight.
21:14I just wish what's best for the employees.
21:17I will say that I hope we don't see a big business take over and, uh, turn it into something
21:23that it's not.
21:23My heart's been with you even though I've, I've had, I've needed you to hate me, but
21:27I've loved you watching how you...
21:29I'm not going to lie, you did an amazing job.
21:31I still have a little bit of...
21:32Not really, but like, I still have, like, when I see y'all, I'm like, these guys, get
21:36them out of here.
21:38They did, they did a great job acting as well.
21:40It was acting because, uh, we're not, we're not robots.
21:44We actually have, like, souls and it felt so shitty to be mean and, like, to these people
21:48because you guys were so...
21:49I'm shitty.
21:49I'm actually mean.
21:52I will say this, if Trucus thinks they can just come in and do whatever they feel like
21:56they want to do, they're in for a rude awakening.
21:59Also, you might like to know that, uh, as they became known, boy red and girl red, uh,
22:05were also writers on the show.
22:06Oh, my dear.
22:08These two, yeah.
22:09We got reports back, you were saying stuff like, man, you can't write this stuff.
22:12You can't write this stuff.
22:14I guess you can.
22:15I can't correct it.
22:18You ran away and you were like, he's got to be up that mountain.
22:21We're like, who sent him this?
22:24Like, yeah.
22:25I mean, a part of me feels like he might have went that way just to go get, like, lost
22:28in
22:29nature and be by himself.
22:30Like, oh, yeah.
22:31Like, up in the mountain.
22:33The only place I could think is, like, he would cross over the river and, like, go be
22:36up by himself in nature.
22:37Like, up in the mountain.
22:38That makes sense.
22:39That makes sense.
22:40That's a good point.
22:41Yeah, we got to find him.
22:42We were like, that's not part of the script yet.
22:45We still got three more lines.
22:46Hold on.
22:47We were like, okay, we got to go.
22:48This whole show is predicated in a way on a normal human being being smart enough and
22:53being curious enough to make all the connections and being able to put the plot together and
22:58everything and caring enough.
22:59Think about coming back maybe for, like, at least the last couple of days just so that
23:03way you get to have this experience with us and then we get to have this experience with
23:06you, man.
23:06I've been telling you I think you should come back, but, you know, if you're not ready
23:10to come back, then I get that.
23:11It was meant to kind of be like, oh, maybe I'll sort of come back or whatever, and that
23:14invitation came almost right away.
23:16It was like, come back, come back.
23:18Are you the amazing father that I looked up to?
23:22Yes.
23:22I have a daughter.
23:24Okay.
23:25I'm Doug Jr., CEO of Rockin' Grandma.
23:27You're not Doug Jr.
23:28I did it again.
23:31Senile old person.
23:32Check it out.
23:33Here we go.
23:33I'm Doug Womack.
23:34You know that.
23:35You're the best.
23:36Don't worry about it.
23:38I love you.
23:39It's okay.
23:40It's okay.
23:41My son, Dougie Womack Jr.
23:43Oh, I love you.
23:44I love you.
23:45I love you, buddy.
23:46I love you.
23:47Love you.
23:48You're the best.
23:49I love you.
23:50Buddy, take care.
23:51I love you.
23:54I think that's really what sold, like, them being, you know, even if this was a show everybody
24:00was acting, like, I still would have believed that they were related or, like, that was pops because
24:04they were kissing each other.
24:05Last one.
24:06Love you, buddy.
24:07No.
24:09You know, this is a big dude.
24:10If he wants to kiss, you're kissing.
24:14Is there anything you want to ask these guys about stuff that happened?
24:17Was your face really breaking out?
24:18No.
24:19Really?
24:20I'm sorry.
24:20In my head, I was like, she's a little wild.
24:22Like, she knows it's going to, you know, mess her up, but she kept going anyways.
24:26When I have the allergic reaction to the crab legs was one of my favorites, just because
24:31it's like, you know, Anthony goes down the hill.
24:33We had 20 minutes to kind of get me into this makeup.
24:36All right.
24:37Game time.
24:38Makeup.
24:38What's going on, bud?
24:39Day is about to get better.
24:41What do you think about turf and surf?
24:43Does that feel good for you guys?
24:44Yeah, I think so.
24:45Pretty rad.
24:45Yeah, they're saying yes.
24:47Get her back out.
24:48Let's go, let's go, let's go.
24:48Okay, let's get her out.
24:49She's out.
24:50Get her back out.
24:50Go, go, go, go.
24:51And then I had to pretend to be having this big allergic reaction.
24:55Your face.
24:56What?
24:57What?
24:57Oh, my God.
24:58It's like broken out.
24:59You need to go get better.
25:02I don't know if people make that noise, but my grandma did that all the time.
25:05She always had itchy ears, and she would walk around the house being like,
25:09And I was like, that's disgusting.
25:16Amos, you're going a little, what are you thinking about?
25:19I just, like, I can't, I can't imagine what he did.
25:23It's just so cool.
25:24And, like, you accepted all of us, and we, yeah, I don't know.
25:27It just, it makes me laugh that you would give Dougie a chance.
25:32I don't know.
25:33I don't know.
25:34Early on in the process, I said something to Jimmy.
25:37I said, this will be the best gig we ever have.
25:41And it's because of you, Anthony.
25:44You changed my life, for real.
25:46And you changed all of ours.
25:57So, I would like to say one more thing.
25:59Like, I'm really still shocked, and surprised is my word, because I'm still surprised.
26:03Like, in this moment, even though I know the jig is up, or however you say it, like,
26:08y'all did a phenomenal job, and thank you.
26:10Well, thank you.
26:11It would be really weird if you weren't shocked.
26:16I still love each and every one of you guys, even though y'all were lying to me.
26:20If there's one thing I can take away from the rockin' grandma experience, was it's not
26:24the job, it's the people that you work with, and the environment that you go to every day
26:27is what makes you feel, like, whole, and makes you feel like you're doing the right thing.
26:31Oh, yeah.
26:32You had me working this hard, and you had a pump the whole time.
26:36My bad.
26:38Come here.
26:39You're good, man.
26:40Take a breath.
26:40Breathe.
26:41No.
26:41Yeah, no, I appreciate it.
26:42As long as you're being yourself, that's all that matters.
26:45That's true.
26:46Yeah.
26:55You're doing good work, man.
26:56Keep going with the punches, boss.
26:57You got it.
26:58It really just starts with the way that they made me feel.
27:00They made me feel very welcome and at home.
27:03I want to whisper something here that I meant to tell you when you were in Europe, but I
27:07just couldn't speak.
27:08If I had a son, I would want him to be you.
27:11And ask the truth.
27:13I know if you had a son, you would be better.
27:15I don't think there's very many people better than you.
27:18All right.
27:18So I definitely was taking away the fact that whenever I go back to look for my purpose
27:23in life is to make sure that whatever it is I'm doing is I'm doing it around the right
27:26people.
27:41Stay tuned for a special follow-up series taking us behind the scenes of Company Retreat.
27:46I'm currently boarding my airplane on my way back to L.A.
28:01I don't think that y'all should call me a hero or anything like that because I don't think
28:19I just feel like I did what I was supposed to do.
28:21What you have learned one thing to explain.
