A man who pulled out a fake gun and threatened to kill a chicken shop worker on Christmas Eve after complaining about not receiving garlic sauce has been jailed.

00:00A video released by police of the incident shows 18-year-old Marwan Khadir asking the
00:08employee about how many garlic sauces he put in the bag. Khadir then returned to his home
00:14and discovered wrong sauces in the bag, with video showing him pacing around his flat while
00:21complaining about the order on the phone. Khadir returns to the shop and asks the worker to open
00:28the door of the counter and jumps on it before being pushed back. Khadir then pulled out an
00:35imitation firearm and threatened to kill the worker. Officers identified Khadir through CCTV
00:42and financial tracking, as well as local resident checks between Christmas and New Year's Day.
00:49He was arrested on 2 January by armed police, and officers seized the replica gun he used in the
00:57attack, as well as fake ammunition. Khadir pleaded guilty at Woolwich Crown Court on the 30th of
01:04January to possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, making threats
01:11threats to kill and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
