00:10Under the food hygiene rating scheme, zero is the lowest possible score and means urgent improvement is necessary.
00:18Ratings run from zero to five with three classified as generally satisfactory and five the highest.
00:25The scores are published by the Food Standards Agency while inspections are carried out by local authority officers.
00:33They assess hygienic food handling, cleanliness, the condition of the premises and how food safety is managed.
