01:13decadent. They said I had to devour their creme brulee French toast. A thick challah
01:17topped with their vanilla pastry cream, and beautifully caramelized sugar, fresh
01:23strawberries, blueberries, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and of course that spiced
01:28bourbon maple syrup. Up next, their cheesy shrimp and grits, packed with sauteed
01:34Cajun shrimp, sauteed arugula, tomato jam, bacon crumbles, and scallions. I love this dish.
01:41So cheesy. So creamy. This next one gets served on their house-made cheddar biscuits,
01:48with pickles, crispy fried chicken, poached eggs, their avocado bernet sauce, parsley, and Cajun
01:56seasoning. Break open that yolk and devour this fried chicken benny. Their benedict game is on the
02:01point. Then they cooked up their mini Belgian waffles. They pack them with pepper jack cheese
02:06fried chicken, lettuce, pickles, and their spicy honey. These chicken waffle sliders were fantastic.
02:12And for the brunch finale, they make an omelet with cheese, bacon, sausage, caramelized onions,
02:18and their signature home fries. They fold it up, pack it all onto a chipotle ranch drizzle tortilla,
02:23perfectly fold it up, and serve it with parmesan fries. This is their brunch burrito. This place rules.
