00:27as time goes on
00:28so they recommend over the counter medications like
00:30nasal steroid sprays, antihistamine
00:33sprays, oral antihistamines
00:35because so many
00:37of us have some sort of
00:39seasonal allergy and suffer every year
00:41and again it ain't getting better
00:42no especially I saw a lot of people cutting
00:45their grass yesterday which was
00:46oh it's the start
00:48but immediately when you go outside you're like
00:50all the dirt and dander getting in your nose
