00:00If you want to learn how to build a one-person AI business in 2026,
00:03I'm about to show you my exact AI workflow so you can literally copy me,
00:08step by step, and how you can do it in less than 24 hours.
00:12And I'm not talking about some vague AI side hustle.
00:15I'm talking about a real business that runs almost completely on autopilot,
00:20without hiring anyone, without spending tons of money on ads,
00:24and without wasting weeks trying to figure out what works.
00:27Because, let's be honest, everyone's telling you to just use AI for your business,
00:32but nobody's actually showing you how to make it all work.
00:36So I did the work for you.
00:37I tested dozens of different AI tools and workflows,
00:40and I found three that actually connect to create a real system.
00:44And once you set it up, it runs automatically for you.
00:48So by the end of this video, you're going to know exactly what those three tools are,
00:52how they work together, and how you can copy my three-step workflow
00:56to start your own one-person business, even if you're a complete beginner.
01:01And unlike most of the other online business tutorials here on YouTube,
01:04I'm not going to leave you high and dry without giving you a marketing strategy.
01:08At the end of this tutorial, I'm going to share my three favorite marketing strategies
01:12that are relevant right now.
01:14One of them is so new,
01:16I'm 99.9% sure you probably haven't even heard of it.
01:20Oh, and I almost forgot,
01:21I made a free video checklist to go along with this video with every step and every tool
01:25and every prompt I use so that you know exactly what to do after this tutorial.
01:30You could grab a copy of it from the link below this video so that you can follow along.
01:34So if you're actually ready to stop overthinking
01:37and start building a one-person business that actually works,
01:40let's jump into step number one.
01:41So the first tool in our AI workflow that we're going to use is ChatGPT Agent Mode.
01:47And if you haven't used Agent Mode yet, it's basically ChatGPT but on steroids
01:52because it can actually complete tasks and think through problems step by step,
01:57browse the internet in real time,
01:59and give you way more detailed answers than the regular ChatGPT chat.
02:03But you need to know how to prompt it correctly or you'll still get really basic responses.
02:08So you need to use a prompt like this one that I created after a lot of trial and error.
02:13And yes, I know it's really long,
02:15but the better you know how to prompt,
02:17the better and more accurate responses you'll get from ChatGPT AI agent.
02:22But don't worry about pausing the video to type this whole prompt out
02:25because I created the video checklist that includes every step and every prompt from this video.
02:30And you can copy and paste the prompt from there.
02:32The link to get the checklist is down in the description.
02:34And what this prompt is going to do is get ChatGPT Agent Mode to do deep research for me
02:40to find and recommend the most profitable products to sell right now.
02:44Specifically by asking it to find a gap in the market on Etsy
02:48where we can insert a product that has the highest chances of selling.
02:52I'm using Etsy for this example,
02:54but you can also use Amazon or ask it to search Google.
02:57And ChatGPT agent mode can do this a hundred times faster
03:01and more accurate than I could ever do this myself.
03:03Which is why if you really want to start a one-person business in 2026,
03:07you need to use AI.
03:08Now I'm going to submit this prompt so ChatGPT agent can get to work,
03:12which you can see here.
03:13Because it actually takes a few minutes to do the research and respond
03:16because it's doing actual tasks and searching website data in real time for you.
03:22And while it's working, which you can see here,
03:24let me explain why this one-person business idea is one of my favorites.
03:28Because I know a lot of you are thinking,
03:30Stacey, why physical products?
03:32Everyone says digital products are way easier.
03:35And look, digital products are great.
03:37But everyone is creating them right now because AI makes it so easy.
03:42Which means that market is getting saturated fast
03:45and selling information online is getting harder and harder
03:49unless you know how to curate it and put it together correctly.
03:53But what all these other marketing or online business coaches
03:56or gurus are forgetting right now
03:58is that people still love shopping online.
04:01And when they receive their packages in the mail,
04:03there's a big dopamine hit.
04:05And this is something that AI or digital products will never be able to fulfill.
04:11But now you might be thinking,
04:13to sell physical products, won't I have to buy inventory up front
04:16and pay to ship those products to my customers?
04:19Not anymore.
04:20Because we're going to use Printify to do the product creation and shipping for us.
04:25And it's completely automated.
04:27You never have to touch a single product or even pay for them up front.
04:31And that's how we're creating time freedom,
04:33which is the whole point of starting a one-person business.
04:36Because what's the point of having an online business
04:38if you're still working 12 hours a day, right?
04:41But sorry for the long talking point,
04:43but I needed to wait for ChatGPT agent to finish before we could move on anyways.
04:47But let's see if it found us a winning product yet.
04:49Okay, so if you look here, you can see it just finished.
04:52And here it's given us a full analysis that includes what's trending,
04:57the products that are currently winning on Etsy right now,
05:00with links if you want to take a look to see what they look like,
05:03where the gaps are in the market,
05:05price analysis,
05:06and what type of product would work best to fill the gap.
05:10It even goes deep on who our audience is,
05:13their buyer psychology and behavior,
05:15which is really important for the marketing step,
05:17which I'm going to cover at the end of the video,
05:20so make sure you keep watching.
05:21So when you get your response,
05:23take your time and read through it so you actually understand it.
05:26And when you scroll down to the bottom,
05:28you'll see the product recommendation that ChatGPT found and suggests for us to create.
05:34For me, at the time I'm making this video,
05:36it's an embroidered hoodie with a cute animal and humor-related design,
05:40and it explains why right here.
05:42Pause the video if you want to read the explanation it gave to me,
05:45but don't just copy this idea.
05:47Because depending on when you watch this video and do this process,
05:52the analysis will be completely different.
05:54Things change quickly,
05:55so you always want to run this prompt for yourself
05:57so that you get the most up-to-date info.
05:59But now that we know what product to create,
06:02how do we actually turn it into a real product?
06:05Well, first, we need to create the design.
06:07But I'm not a graphic designer.
06:09So normally at this point,
06:11you'd have to hire a designer and wait days,
06:13maybe even weeks to get your product design created.
06:15But I'm going to show you how we can create a professional-looking design ourselves
06:20that we can put on a hoodie in literally minutes using AI.
06:23So let's move on to the second tool in our AI workflow,
06:26which is Gemini.
06:27And specifically, we're going to use an AI image generator inside of Gemini called Nano Banana.
06:34Now, if you haven't heard of Nano Banana yet,
06:36it's in my opinion, one of the best AI image generators right now.
06:39And the reason why I love it is because it can replicate any style of design we want
06:44to create new, unique designs in just a couple of seconds.
06:48So I'm going to show you how to use Nano Banana to recreate design styles
06:51that are winning right now,
06:53but for the niche and idea that ChatGPT agent suggested for us.
06:57So I already found this winning design that's currently trending on Etsy
07:00within this niche that I'm going to use for inspiration
07:03or as a reference for Nano Banana.
07:05But it's really important to understand that you should not copy someone else's design exactly
07:11because it's very wrong to do that.
07:13And you could run into copyright issues.
07:15And also, even if you did, this winning product already has the momentum
07:19and lots of reviews, so you won't be able to compete with them anyways.
07:23So it's really important that you create a new, unique design for yourself
07:27using the winning style and idea as inspiration, not replicate.
07:31So once you have a design you want to use as reference,
07:33you're going to open Gemini, click this plus icon here,
07:37then upload an image of the design you want to use as reference by clicking right here.
07:42And then select image with the little banana beside it.
07:45This is how you turn on Nano Banana so that it will create images for you.
07:50And then I'm going to give Nano Banana a prompt that tells it to analyze this design
07:54and replicate it, but for my specific niche,
07:58using info ChatGPT agent gave us in step number one.
08:01You can see the prompt I'm using right here,
08:03but don't forget it's also listed in my video checklist,
08:06so you can copy and paste it from there.
08:08Now, once you do that, you're going to submit the prompt
08:11and Nano Banana is going to analyze that image
08:13and generate a brand new, unique design for us in just a few seconds.
08:17And once it's done, you can see here the image it created.
08:21It fits the style of the reference image perfectly
08:23and also matches the new design idea we gave it from ChatGPT.
08:28But if it's not exactly what you want,
08:30you can also ask Nano Banana to make whatever changes you want
08:33just by prompting it again, like this.
08:36Here you can see my final design.
08:38And we got here in literally less than five minutes,
08:40which is wild because believe it or not,
08:43images like these used to cost me a lot to have someone create for me
08:47and would take days or weeks for me to receive them back.
08:49So again, AI is really the key to starting a successful one-person business
08:54because you can now do all of these tasks alone in a fraction of the time.
08:58Now, I know I went through this part pretty quickly
09:00because YouTube actually hates it when my videos get too long.
09:03So if you want a more detailed breakdown of how to do product research
09:06and find these winning designs
09:07or how to create more complex designs with Nano Banana,
09:11I go over all of that inside my community
09:13where I go live to answer questions
09:15and show you how to build things in real time.
09:17There's over 500 members inside of the community right now,
09:20so you'll be surrounded by lots of like-minded people just like you.
09:24The link is below this video if you want to join.
09:27Okay, so now we have our design created,
09:28but here is where a lot of people stop
09:31because they think they need to pay a ton of money up front
09:33to order inventory and figure out how to package
09:36and ship all of their products to their customers themselves.
09:39Well, the good news is you don't have to
09:40because it's 2026 and there's apps and tools now
09:44that will do all of this for you
09:45without having to pay anything up front for inventory or shipping.
09:49Let me show you how to completely automate this entire process
09:52so you never have to touch a single product
09:54with our next tool in our AI workflow.
09:56The next tool is called Printify.
09:59You can get access to it through the link down in the description
10:01and you can create your free account by clicking right here.
10:05And if you've never heard of Printify before,
10:07it's a print-on-demand platform,
10:09which basically means it handles all of the product production,
10:12design printing, and shipping of your products to your customers for you.
10:17And it's probably the most important part
10:19of this whole one-person business process
10:21because it does all of this automatically.
10:24And automation means time freedom,
10:27which is why I love sharing Printify
10:29as a simple way to start a one-person business.
10:31I've literally been using Printify for almost a decade,
10:34back from when I created my very first online business,
10:37which I ended up selling for a profit.
10:39They know what they're doing and they have thousands of high-quality products
10:43in their catalog that you can customize from locations all over the world,
10:47which means the shipping is also really fast.
10:49And if you're wondering how you actually get paid with print-on-demand,
10:52you only pay Printify after a customer buys something from you first.
10:57Then the difference between what the customer pays you
10:59and what Printify charges for production is your profit,
11:03which you can see right here.
11:05But let me show you how you can take your newly created AI design
11:08and add it to a product so that you can turn this digital image
11:12into a profitable, physical product.
11:14First, create your Printify account by clicking here.
11:17Then select the physical product you want to add onto your design
11:20from their catalog, clicking right here.
11:24Don't forget to go back to your ChatGPT agent response
11:26from step number one to look at what it suggested.
11:29For me, it suggested a hoodie.
11:31I'm going to choose this one right here from the catalog,
11:33but sometimes there's different options to pick from for each product type.
11:37So look through the options and pick one that you think would work best
11:40based on the type of design you're adding
11:42and where you want the design to be placed on your product.
11:45Once you pick your product, click on the start designing button here,
11:49which will take you right into their built-in Printify editor,
11:51which will also show a template of whatever product you chose.
11:56You'll also see important information about your product here
11:59and how to use the editor.
12:00If it's your first time creating anything in Printify,
12:03you really should read this part over before you close it.
12:05From here, you're going to upload the design that we just created
12:08using Nano Banana by clicking the Upload button
12:11and then select your design file from your computer.
12:13And now you can see the design on the product template.
12:16You can move it around and resize it like this,
12:19but make sure it fits within these dotted lines,
12:22which is the print area.
12:24Anything outside of this area will get cut off
12:26when Printify creates it for your customers.
12:28So make sure your design stays inside these lines.
12:31Now, if you're also creating an embroidered design,
12:33there's some extra criteria that you need to follow
12:35when creating your product
12:36to make sure that it turns out correctly.
12:39I'm not going to go over them in this video
12:41because not everyone watching this
12:42will be doing embroidery on their product.
12:45You might be creating a tumbler
12:46or a graphic t-shirt or wall art, for example.
12:50But if you are doing embroidery,
12:51make sure you read over this document here
12:53from Printify before you create your product.
12:56Next, once you place your design
12:57where you want it to be on your product,
12:59you can also choose the colors and sizes
13:01of the hoodie you want to sell by clicking right here.
13:04Then choose the colors like this and sizes here.
13:09Now, once you're happy with how it looks,
13:10you're going to click preview
13:12to see mock-ups of what your product
13:13will look like in real life
13:15once Printify creates it for you.
13:16Do not skip this step
13:18because it's important that you see
13:20what your product will look like
13:21when your customers receive it.
13:22If you're happy with how it looks,
13:24click the save button here.
13:25And now Printify is going to take you
13:27to the product detail page
13:29where you can add your product title,
13:31description, and set your pricing.
13:33And don't worry if you have no idea
13:35how to write these things
13:36because Printify actually has a built-in AI
13:39that can write your product title
13:40and description for you.
13:42To do that, click this button here.
13:44Then Printify AI will write your title,
13:46description, and even your keyword tags for you,
13:48which will come into play in the next step
13:50when we're talking about marketing your products.
13:52And then for pricing,
13:53you can see here that Printify shows you
13:55exactly how much it costs to produce the product.
13:58And then you set your retail price here.
14:01Then here you'll see how much your profit will be.
14:03Make sure you always round up
14:05to a price that looks clean and familiar like this,
14:07instead of something weird like 99.73, for example.
14:11Once you've done that,
14:12scroll down and click the publish button
14:14if you've already connected your existing store.
14:16Or if you're brand new and don't have a store yet,
14:19or you just haven't connected your store yet,
14:21click the save as draft button.
14:22Then to create a new store or link your existing one,
14:26click this button here from the left menu,
14:28then select add new store.
14:30That will bring you to this screen here
14:32where you can create or connect
14:33any of these types of online store options.
14:36For this tutorial, we focused on Etsy,
14:38but you can also choose Amazon, TikTok Shop,
14:42Shopify, or any of these other options.
14:44But here you can see my example product
14:46live in my test Etsy account.
14:48And the best part is from this point forward,
14:50everything is completely automated.
14:52Every time someone buys your product,
14:54Printify gets the order, creates it,
14:56and ships it to your customer for you.
14:58You don't have to do anything.
15:00And that's how you build a completely automated
15:02one-person business with tangible physical products.
15:05But hold on, you could have the best products
15:07in the world, but if no one knows they exist,
15:10you're never gonna make anything.
15:12So let me show you three simple marketing strategies
15:15that you can use to get your print-on-demand products
15:17in front of the people who actually wanna buy them.
15:20And I'm gonna keep it simple
15:21because honestly, this is where most people
15:23completely overcomplicate things.
15:25The first strategy is SEO and AEO.
15:28Now, you're probably thinking,
15:29SEO and keywords, I know.
15:31But what the hell is AEO?
15:33It stands for Answer Engine Optimization,
15:35which is basically optimizing your product listings
15:38so that they show up in AI search results
15:41like ChatGPT shopping.
15:42I actually made a full tutorial on this on my channel
15:45if you wanna check it out.
15:46So I'm gonna keep this explanation short so I don't bore you.
15:49But yes, ChatGPT now has a shopping feature
15:52where people can buy your products
15:54directly inside of their ChatGPT chats.
15:57And if your products are optimized correctly
15:59with the right SEO and AEO keywords,
16:02they could show up right inside ChatGPT
16:04when people are chatting
16:05and get recommended to the millions of people
16:08who use ChatGPT every single day.
16:10The second marketing strategy
16:12is to create better product images using AI.
16:15And don't skip forward thinking this is too basic
16:17because I promise you,
16:19the product image is the first thing people see
16:21when they're scrolling or searching
16:22through products online or in ChatGPT.
16:25And if your product image is crap,
16:27they're just gonna keep scrolling
16:28and no one is gonna buy from you.
16:30Basic images like these can actually hurt your sales,
16:33so you need to fix this ASAP.
16:35So what I like to do is use NanoBanana
16:37to create lifestyle product images
16:39that show my product in real world settings.
16:42And even better, of AI avatars or AI people
16:45actually wearing or interacting with the products.
16:48I also made a full tutorial explaining in detail
16:51how to do this using NanoBanana
16:53if you wanna learn how to use AI
16:55to create better product images,
16:56or learn how to create AI avatars
16:58interacting with your products.
17:00That tutorial walked you through exactly
17:02how to create those realistic lifestyle images
17:04in just a few minutes,
17:05and how to add them to your product listings
17:07to really grab attention.
17:08And the third marketing strategy is Pinterest
17:10and social media marketing.
17:12Now, I've talked about Pinterest a lot on my channel
17:14because it's hands down
17:15one of my favorite traffic sources for e-commerce.
17:18Because unlike Google,
17:19where people search for literally everything,
17:21Pinterest is a visual search engine
17:23where people search for products
17:24they specifically want to buy.
17:26And another reason I love Pinterest
17:28is because it's evergreen and free.
17:31Your pins keep driving traffic for months
17:33or even years without having to pay for ads
17:35or having to post every single day
17:37like Instagram or TikTok.
17:39If you wanna learn more
17:39about effective Pinterest marketing,
17:41I do not have a full tutorial on this yet on my channel.
17:44But if you still wanna learn from me
17:46on how to sell products using Pinterest,
17:48make sure you join my community
17:49because I'll be doing a live training there soon
17:51where I show how to do it step-by-step.
17:54The link to join my community
17:55is down in the description.
17:56Now, these are just three ways
17:58you can increase attention and views
17:59on your new print-on-demand products
18:01and online store as a complete beginner.
18:03But there's also lots of other really cool marketing ideas
18:06that you can do with AI as well,
18:08which I'm gonna cover in my new upcoming tutorials.
18:11So make sure you subscribe if you haven't already
18:13so that you don't miss them.
18:15But now you have a simple plan
18:16to start a one-person business with AI in 2026
18:20using my AI workflow.
18:21So now the last thing you need to do is actually do it,
18:25which sounds like duh,
18:27but it's crazy how many people watch
18:29and never implement what I'm showing you.
18:31Then they complain they're still in the same place
18:33they were last year.
18:34So take action, keep learning,
18:36and start creating the lifestyle you always wanted.
