00:00What do AI agents need? App stores, right? So today we're looking at the top eight crypto
00:07marketplaces that are actually building these, okay? So the marketplaces that could become the
00:13app stores of agentic commerce, right? The narrative is definitely shifting again. We've
00:19gone from models and agents and execution and now we're entering the next layer because now
00:25AI agents are able to perform tasks and transact on chain and access services and interact with
00:32other agents. They will actually now more than ever need somewhere where they can discover
00:37and buy and sell and compose these services, right? So that's where AI agent marketplaces come in.
00:45If this trend actually ends up playing out, these platforms could be, like I said,
00:50pretty much seen as the app stores of the agentic commerce in pretty much the marketplaces that
00:59matter the most when it comes to, if you think about iOS and the app store, Android and Google
01:05Play, web and SaaS marketplaces, right? For any technology pretty much to hit that extreme
01:13threshold of discovery, trust, payments and composability, you need these marketplaces.
01:22So this is pretty much the core stack for marketplace to actually work. It needs three layers as well.
01:27So that's the discovery layer where agents and services are listed and ranked, right? So you've got
01:33payment layer, how agents pay for services often, let's say in stable coins or crypto. And then you've
01:40got the composition layer where you have how these services actually interact and combine. Think of
01:47it like API APIs plus payments plus also automation, right? So the eight marketplaces to watch are Coinbase,
01:57the 402 Bazaar, right? This is the agent commerce hub built as the X 402, one of the clearest signals
02:07in this category focusing on agent discovery, a service monetization, wallet native payments,
02:14and definitely top on the listing. You've got Fetch.ai marketplace, which is a long envisioned
02:21agents offering services in autonomous negotiation, machine to machine commerce. It's a marketplace
02:28layer pretty much that enables agent discovery and service pricing and also decentralized interactions.
02:34So you've got singularity net AI marketplace, which provides AI services, model monetization,
02:42decentralized AI access. And then you have ocean protocol fourth analysis today, the data marketplace
02:48for buying and selling data, data set tokenization, as well as AI training access, right? So you've got
02:55chain link services marketplace as well, which is the managing marketplace here with Oracle service,
03:02automation services, cross chain execution, and you've got autonomous, an agent economy platform
03:09for agent based services, decentralized automation and service marketplaces. Of course, the big dog
03:16virtuals protocol, the agent monetization layer where you've got AI agent creation, tokenization and
03:22monetization. Then you've got a cash, a cash marketplace, a compute marketplace for decentralized compute,
03:31resource allocation and also pricing mechanisms. So what makes an AI agent marketplace
03:38sticky is obviously at the end of the day, not all of them will succeed. Ones that have the network
03:44effects are more agents, more services, more users, right? Liquidity of services matters, seamless payments,
03:50reputation systems as well. When it comes to how these marketplaces monetize or their revenue models,
03:57you know, you've got transaction fees, right? Percentages of each service interaction, for example,
04:03or listing fees, charging for visibility of the agents, token incentives, bootstrapping their supply
04:09and demand or API usage fees. So paper call models, right? Or subscription models as well, premium services.
04:17So I think this category could be massive, millions of agents, billions of transactions,
04:23continuous economic activity. The marketplaces become the coordination layer where services are
04:29discovered, payments are made and value is exchanged. If you want to learn more, check out
