00:00What do you see from up there, how you were sort of on the tattler, what do you think you're
00:03going to be like?
00:04I want to be calm because I want the players to go out and express themselves, but I want to
00:08give them that sort of trust.
00:10Of course at times you might have to coach it a little bit or try and speak to someone if
00:14you see anything,
00:15but at the same time I think your body language is important.
00:20When I look at some of the best managers in the world and the Angelottis and all these sort of
00:26managers,
00:26and obviously I play for Harry, they're always calm, to be honest.
00:28So I think that's important because all week you work so hard all week and sometimes a lot of information
00:34for the players,
00:35but then match day, I think the players just want to go out and play.
00:37Of course when you need to change something, you have to tell them and that, but the players want to
00:42go out and they want to play.
00:45Just in terms of the rest of the season, is this an audition for these guys now for kind of
00:50next year when you can have a real go at it?
00:52100%, I think 100%. I think every game you want to try and make a statement.
00:58Every game you want to try and give the fans something to share about, but of course, yeah, you need
01:02to do it.
01:03You want to think about next season and how much can we keep on next season.
01:07And for myself and obviously Brace has just come in, it was good today because it's almost like an opportunity
01:12to actually see the players in the game.
01:13Even though we've watched games, but when you're down here, it's completely different.
01:19I think the most pleasing thing for me today is, of course, the quality that I saw, but the characters
01:25come back into the game.
01:26I think I'll just take a bit more time and have one more chance than you, probably in the next
01:30season.
