00:00This has been taken to Judicial Monitoring of Mahkamah Tigi Ipoh
00:05in which the PDRM has been opened up an effedific
00:09to determine what they have been doing in the last fall
00:16especially in the 3 months later
00:19and as usual, the effedific that was very-very
00:24was very happy
00:25It was clear from the effedific that the police
00:29langsung didn't do anything that was a waste
00:33We have been given that the Patmanathan
00:38who had lost her son of Puan Indra Gandhi
00:42he had been released from the EPS or KWSP
00:47and even if the police were able to do some application
00:54to the KWSP, the KWSP had been replaced
00:58We have been told that this was a great deal
01:02and we didn't do anything to do with the Patmanathan
01:08We can say that this is a thing that is a thing that is
01:12How can KWSP be able to support a person if someone is wanted by the police
01:18But the police can't get any information, it doesn't make sense
01:21We also have that the department has two cars
01:25He is the owner of two cars
01:29Adakah it makes sense that someone wanted to have two cars
01:32Seseorang who wanted to go to EPR and deliver money
02:10Dalam masa dua hari lagi
02:11Dan masih pihak polis masih tidak boleh mendapat
02:15Atau tidak boleh mencari persenal
02:17Yang kami menuntut keadilan
02:46as to what is the progress that they have in relation to this capture of Raghunarjan.
02:55So the judicial monitoring will come to you.
02:57The only thing is that what will be the effect of the recovery order
03:00is that the recovery order is based on the child's head.
03:03And once Pasanna turns 18 in two days' time, she's no longer a child.
03:06If she's no longer a child, the mother does not have rights over her,
03:10does not have legal rights over her,
03:12because the child is now already an adult.
03:14That is the problem.
03:15That is why the rights now will be curtailed severely.
03:19And this has happened because she was kidnapped more than 17 years ago
03:22and the police have been sitting on it.
03:24That is the injustice that she has been facing for the past 17 years,
03:28in and out of court, in and out of police stations,
03:30desperately looking for justice, but none whatsoever has been given to her.
03:34In fact, she just wants to meet her daughter.
03:36She doesn't want to take her daughter and keep her inside her house.
03:38She just wants to meet her daughter.
03:40Just meet her, hug her, cry, you know, have a family reunion.
03:44That's what she wants.
03:45Which mother wouldn't want that?
03:46How can you separate your mother from the child?
03:48What kind of barbarians are you?
03:50What kind of inhumane people are you that you are separating your mother from the child?
03:55Don't you have any feelings whatsoever?
03:57No empathy at all lah.
03:58How can you do this?
03:59All I was asking is to meet her.
04:01And then it's still so difficult for the police to do.
04:04We were waiting for 17 years.
04:07Since the child, she was taken an 11-month baby until she's 17.
04:11She's an 18-year-old girl.
04:13Adopt now.
04:14And we are still hoping and hoping and hoping.
04:17I'm really...
04:18I think enough is enough.
04:21How long?
04:22I mean, I think they have dragged so much.
04:25They have taken my entire life just for this.
04:30When is this going to stop?
04:32With a very much hope, I came today to see Sana.
04:36At least I can see her.
04:38It is not I'm going to take her home or religious matter.
04:41Nothing.
04:42No.
04:43But where is she?
04:44Why can't they find her for the past 17 years?
04:47What's stopping them?
04:50Why can't they find her for the past 17 years?
