00:13Asnida Daim was seen arriving at about 9.50 a.m. in a sports utility vehicle accompanied by two
00:20lawyers. Her three siblings, Madwira Dhani, Muhammad Amir Zainuddin and Muhammad Amin Zainuddin,
00:27had not arrived at the MACC headquarters as of 12.30 p.m. Previously, on February 27,
00:35MACC said it had issued an individual tracking notice against the four after they failed to
00:42respond to earlier notices. The commission stressed that the notice is not a form of punishment
00:47or a wanted listing, but a procedural step to ensure individuals attend and assist in investigations.
00:54The probe, under Operation Godfather, is being conducted under Sections 23 and 36 of the
01:01MACC Act 2009, as well as Section 4, Subsection 1 of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing
01:09and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001. MACC said its investigation into Daim and his family
01:18began following the 2021 Pandora Papers revelations, which highlighted alleged offshore assets linked to them
01:26their business associates.
