00:01Deputy Director-General of the Environment Department, Norhasni Matsari, has been slapped with another charge,

00:08this time of allegedly taking over RM9,000 from a waste management company four years ago.

00:14The 59-year-old pleaded not guilty after the charge was read to her before Sessions Court Judge Nasir Nordin

00:20Insha'alam today.

00:22According to the charge sheet, Norhasni is accused of accepting RM9,110 for home renovations.

00:29The funds were allegedly paid by Tang Siong-hee, a Director of E-Concern Sunduan Berhad,

00:35via an online transfer to an account belonging to Kayong Construction and Engineering Sunduan Berhad.

00:41The court fixed May 19 for case mention at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court, where it will be heard together

00:48with six other cases.

00:50On Friday, Norhasni was slapped with six charges of receiving a total of RM21,000 in gratification from Tang.
