This video shares my journey through repeated personal, academic and professional struggles that tested my resilience, adaptability, and sense of self. It reflects on how adversity shaped key professional strengths such as problem-solving, persistence, exploration, curiosity, emotional endurance, and the ability to keep learning under pressure. At the same time, it honestly acknowledges the toll that prolonged hardship can take on mental, physical, and cognitive health.

This is also an awareness-focused video. It includes discussion of child abuse and PCOS, and speaks to the long-term impact such experiences can have on well-being, identity, and performance. My goal is not just to tell a story of suffering, but to show how hardship can build strength while still leaving wounds that deserve actual recognition, care, and healing, instead of short-term fixes.

I remain optimistic that with reasonable time, therapy, and recovery, it is possible to bounce back stronger, wiser, and more grounded. If this story resonates with you, I hope it also contributes to greater awareness, empathy, and support for those carrying invisible battles.
