39:05So, I really wanted to go down the fitness category just because it's such a vastly growing one.
39:11For me, that was a clear vision in my head what I wanted to do with this.

39:18Now, when I see this, first of all, it came across to me as if this was like a milky
39:24type of product.

40:49Anyway, the social media, I saw that also.

40:56I do livestreams quite a lot in my personal life.

43:40No, no, I did. And in fairness, you also said that you've experienced in creating brands.
43:44When you saw that, was your reaction, what's this north and what's mountains all about?
43:49We were quite shocked.

44:37But we didn't know the name.
44:38I personally do think it lacked creativity.
44:40And likewise with yourself, I think, you know, you put yourself forward as sub team leader and you have experience
44:45in logos and designing.
44:46Okay, so then you go and pitch and you haven't done your homework because a part of your pitch was,
44:53you know, canned water is old passe rubbish.

47:28Yes, the idea of the advert was mine, but the way that that was brought out, Connor really
47:33should have made that come to life.
47:34Roxanne, I do think, unfortunately, the compounding of the compass onto the water vessel did leave
47:40us in an extremely difficult position.
47:42Yes, okay, the branding wasn't fantastic that you were dealing with, but, you know, one
47:46of the first things that you said as PM was, you know, I bring stories to life.
47:50I'm disappointed with the branding.
47:52I'm extremely proud of the work that I did in order to make that work and to make that
47:55brand story fit.
47:56However, it's extremely different than the vision that we agreed on.

48:29very poor. Now, Dan, you've got this name North and you said, well, thing was it wasn't executed

48:49then? The reason why we didn't apply his complete concept, Lord Trigger, was because it's a bit,
48:55you know, demographically prejudiced. It's a running joke. People get it or they don't. It's 50-50.
49:01So we decided to go away from Dan's watertaste up north. But still kept the name. I mean, put simply,
49:07the name North is meaningless if you don't use the concept. Yeah. Branding team, I would ask for some
49:14accountability here. In all fairness, Connor, you were very vague with what you were actually wanting.
49:20You were just like, you know, I trust you guys and also just kind of do what you want with
49:25your
49:25free will. 100%. And when I took this role as PM, I said, I have no branding experience. I trust
49:29you.
49:30You did say you have branding experience and I trusted you as a PM. Well, I've got a beauty business,
49:34you know. So you've created logos and designs before. Now, when you look at this, when you look at this
49:38branding, you would think that Christopher Columbus would buy this as an explorer. Well, the logo looks
49:43like a road sign on the M6. Quite clearly, north of, it's all gone south, quite honestly.
49:49Anyway, Connor and Pasha, I've heard that both of you were directing the cameraman and saying,
49:57do this. And then the other one would overstep and say, no, do that. So basically, we had two
50:03directors. Yeah. 100%. I feel like I did take a step back and I was letting Connor predominantly lead.
50:10I didn't witness you taking a step back. Okay. Can I just add, really, Lord Sugar?
50:17So when we met on day two, it was very out of the blue. He sort of looked at me
50:21and said,
50:22Pasha, you're going to be doing the edit. Now, I said to Connor, I've never edited a video,
50:28a branding advert. So you're telling me he dropped you in it? Is that what you're saying?
50:31I'm not, I'm not. He went off to do the social media thing. Because that's what he does.
50:35That's where he's, that's what he does. 100%. It's the only good thing he did do,
50:39because your one was voted best by the social media experts. 100%.
50:46Anyway, where do you think the fault with this project lays?
50:51In my opinion, I think the fault on this project lays more with the video team. One of the first
50:57things Connor said was, I create stories into reality. There was no reality here.
