00:00All right, who's ready for the world's largest pan-fried deviled egg?
00:04Yes, obviously got to be an ostrich egg.
00:07So I boiled this thing for 110 minutes, put it in an ice bath for about 20 minutes.
00:13And I feel like I made the perfect hard-boiled egg using an ostrich egg.
00:20Look at that. Cooked perfectly all the way through.
00:23So now I want to turn it into a massive deviled egg.
00:27Look at the yolk in this thing.
00:28It is just like the size of a softball.
00:32So now I just got to break this up and start adding my deviled egg ingredients.
00:38So Duke's mayonnaise for sure.
00:40French's mustard.
00:41And there's no measurements here.
00:42Horseradish.
00:43And then some relish.
00:45And the finest salt in the world.
00:47And this is that ancient fine sea salt.
00:50A bump of that from Redmond.
00:53Remember, just a bump.
00:54And then mix all this together until it's kind of creamy.
00:57It's as creamy as I can get it.
00:59Now I want to kind of level this off because I'm going to pan fry this.
01:02So I'm going to take some Wagyu beef tallow.
01:06That's how you level it up.
01:07Take the Wagyu beef tallow and fry this egg.
01:12So there we go.
01:14We've got yolk side down.
01:16What this does when you pan fry eggs, if you've seen them on social media, you get the crispy edges.
01:22You get a nice sear on that bottom side.
01:25And it just ends up tasting like a fried egg mixed with a deviled egg.
01:31And it's one hell of a combo.
01:34Look at this.
01:34So you see those crispy edges?
01:36And you see the nice sear on that yolk?
01:38Insane.
01:39So a little paprika.
01:40A little bit of freshness with some chopped parsley.
01:43This thing was ridiculous.
01:45People ask what it tastes like.
01:47It just tastes more buttery in flavor.
01:49And with that sear on it, so freaking ridiculous.
01:53Let's go.
