00:04As everyone knows by now, Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively have been involved in a long-standing legal battle
00:09ever since they worked together on the film It Ends With Us.
00:11Things came to a major head this week when a federal judge threw out 10 of the 13 allegations that
00:17Blake Lively made against Justin Baldoni.
00:19Included in those 10 allegations that were thrown out were the harassment claims and the defamation claims.
00:25Blake Lively's attorney already released a statement saying that the harassment claims aren't going forward,
00:29not because the defendants didn't do anything wrong, but because Blake Lively was an independent contractor and not an employee.
00:35Meanwhile, now Justin Baldoni's lawyer has spoken out and he said from the beginning,
00:39Justin and the other defendants have maintained their innocence and that it's gratifying to see the courts ruling.
00:45Now, the battle between these two is not over yet.
00:47They're still going to a civil trial next month over the remaining three allegations.
00:51We're still going to hear their arguments when it comes to Blake's allegations of retaliation,
00:55and trying to destroy her career.
