00:37blanket and stuff or they yeah they well it's not really a pillow i'm just using the bed mat it's
00:42kind of rolled it's not very comfortable at night but oh i'm sorry well it's fine it's it's uh i'm
00:49so are you in good spirit through all of this um i am because since i started reading the first

00:55it was really hard for me just to read the bible i felt like um yeah but i felt like

01:01reading the psalms and stuff i got through well i got all i went through the whole devotional like
01:05all the comments they had about different things um i just started reading the bible today and i've
01:12i was pretty anxious feeling this morning but now i feel really encouraged so
01:18oh so it kind of comes in waves yeah wait go ahead just encourage you to just read the bible
01:24um okay i haven't quite gotten there yet i'm i'm blaring music though super well i'm i'm blaring
01:31music i mean i can try i can try that but i'm just it's just um is it comforting well

01:39amazed how comforting the psalms are oh so okay well maybe i need to get there it's in psalms
01:46yeah i mean you can just listen to me i haven't been able to eat i haven't even been able

02:13eating like hardly any of the bready stuff i'm trying not to like eat junk mostly just

02:27has um other like there was this chicken sandwich thing it was breaded but i ate the bread and the
02:34breaded chicken but like i'm trying to focus on just just doing that and hopefully i'll trim out
02:39some in the process oh yeah i'm trimming up i think i haven't gotten on the scale but i think
02:45i feel a lot trimmer now i feel bad like i feel like better don't feel as bloated as i

02:53no before but yeah yeah i'm definitely not bloated either i've been i'm about i'm gonna be a skinny
03:01i cannot eat mama keeps trying to get me to eat she's like oh you need to eat some and
03:08i'm like
03:09i will try but unless it's liquid it doesn't really go down so it's like it's it's been a battle

05:18that kind of is where i think you know it's a good place to be like yeah being dependent on

05:32want to encourage you about is just like okay if you can keep keep remembering that as as we can

05:40on god god's gonna even if it's you know bad things that come our way god's gonna keep us right

05:47wants us and okay and when you know it's right now it's it's hard to you know it's probably hard

05:54hear his voice i know it is for me but it's um the more that we put our efforts towards

06:02he's gonna come through for us and i think that's what the promises i'm holding to you know okay that
06:08god's god's gonna be there so yeah just i know things are you know wild and crazy but you can
06:17you can just remember that in the back of your head whenever you get a moment here and there
06:21maybe to you know see what you know see what time you can spend with god okay i'll try to

06:30should start in psalms you think yeah psalms is a great place because it's uh it's i mean you can
06:35talk to you know the different people there too
