04:32over uh the sharks tonight though the warriors are playing yeah some warriors are playing for sure
04:40more warriors yeah it's a little closer to an actual warriors team but you know again you're not
04:45in a highly motivated spot to win they're going to try to win so they'll get the laptop and then
04:51the giants will be on the phone last non-step game hopefully you know fingers crossed that's right
04:57so fingers crossed that's my order tonight and the giants will start on the laptop because the warrior

06:58we're like we want to talk to that person about what they said because check this out i want everybody
07:07to hear the two things that jim was recorded there were microphones available saying earlier this week
07:14verse on and mlb network foul territory so he's on and they're talking giants this is before
07:22the padres series has even started so granted you come out of the yankees series and us giants fans
07:30not happy they've scored one run um they've been swept at home rough start but also you're three games
07:39into the season a lot of talk about tony vitello because it's new and it's different well listen
07:46to some of these takes so this is the first thing that jim said about vitello as the cameras zoom

07:53in the dugout i kind of feel like at times he's like deer in headlights and you know watch coaches
07:58kind of talk to him and he just kind of stares sometimes which is kind of concerning in terms of
08:04his comments after the game and to me it looked like a college coach trying to be a big league
08:08manager i haven't understood the quotes you know i i think that when you're coaching college kids
08:14you can say whatever you want and they're going to respect whatever you say and there's not going
08:18to be pushback and if the media is covering you in college they're going to write what the coach says
08:22they're not going to write what the players say right and the players aren't going to contradict
08:26the manager when you get to the big leagues there's not a player in that dugout that doesn't have
08:31more professional experience than tony vitello most of them are getting paid more than tony vitello
08:36so if tony wants to sit there and say college stuff to major league players they're going to push back

11:21losses are not on vitello right so what are you basing this on and what is it that you see

11:27is quote embarrassing the giants and i wonder if there's ever been an incident or an instance rather
11:34in the history of baseball where somebody was babysat like he's suggesting with with dusty
11:40and boach where a new manager has two veteran uh assistants essentially come in and just break it
11:47all down for him taking turns sounds exhausting actually i'm not against the idea of boach and
11:53dusty helping tony that's great help tony but assign every other game we're gonna sit down and go

12:32contradictory and his statements of you know it's only been three games but you can't tell me that
12:38it's working but it's only been three games so i don't even know how you make these assessments now
12:42you can look at some things that he said and some things he's approaching in a certain way and you
