01:32Well, it seems that we saw the Supreme Court had to last to be monitoring the SIR process

02:54not just doing the work, but also as the executive officers, both ETI and the government
02:59have now been directed to the all the remedial officials to keep functioning of the task
03:06that has been given to judicial officers, two sexual officers and all other government officers
03:12have also been asked to ensure that not more than two persons will be allowed to enter
03:16whenever people come to filing objections from the actions that start.
03:22Oh yes, and this is a huge embarrassment for the Mamata government, Srishti,
03:26as the court has called the Malda incident calculated, motivated.
03:31In fact, the top court that has made these key remarks on Bengal also questioning as to why,
03:36despite prior information, they failed to ensure the safe evacuation of officers,
03:41chief justice of India lashing out at top Bengal officials, including the chief secretary,
03:46home secretary, DGP and district magistrates.

05:03for the production of judicial officers and their residences,
05:08assessing threats to their families and ensure smooth functioning of their duties.
05:12It also imposed limits on public gatherings at hearing sites
05:16and sought a compliance report from top state officials.
05:19In fact, a show cause notice that was also issued to the Chief Secretary, DGP,
05:24District Magistrate and SSP, directing them to appear before the court on the 6th of April.
05:28The bench also held the entire episode, reflecting an abdication of duty by the state government.
05:36It questioned why officials failed to ensure safe evacuation despite being informed
05:41and warned against any attempt to create a psychological attack on judicial officials.
