06:29Deputies are in a high-stakes pursuit of three suspects they say are tied to a drive-by shooting.
06:35Earlier, while responding to a stolen vehicle report, deputies get a call of shots fired at a nearby home.
06:43Upon arrival, they find a critically injured 70-year-old woman shot in the neck.
06:49Witnesses ID three suspects, and their car matches the stolen vehicle description.

07:41The first two suspects jump, falling 40 feet to the ground and water below.
07:49The third suspect changes his mind and runs in the opposite direction.

10:28I got to get him to the vet.
10:30Deputy Stimmel takes Streeter to a vet as a precaution.
10:34J&M Streeter appears just fine.

10:55Enter Deputy Hausen and his 5-year-old German Shepherd, Ray.
11:00Hey, do you have a boat? Anybody got a boat?
11:02Immediately, they enlist help from a boat owner.

11:07Thanks, sir.
11:09Left, left.
11:11Deputy set out with K-9 Ray on board in case he's needed for search and apprehension.

11:37Deputies bring the suspect back to shore where he's taken into custody.
11:46Deputies failed to locate the third suspect who K-9 Streeter followed off the bridge.
11:51But a search of the stolen vehicle turns up firearms that match casings from the drive-by shooting.
11:58Myra Hayes, the woman who was shot, dies a few days later.
12:03The first suspect, 22-year-old Travion Moulton, sustained serious injuries from his fall to the ground and dies shortly
12:13after.

12:29The third suspect, 19-year-old Terrence Kroos, is arrested days later at a Texas hospital while being treated for
12:39his bridge jump injuries.
12:40He is charged with first-degree premeditated murder, fleeing, eluding, and shooting into a dwelling.
12:47He is found guilty on all charges, and sentenced to life in prison without parole, plus 30 years.
12:56K-9 Streeter suffers minor injuries and returns to work four days later.
13:01He receives a medal of courage for his unwavering commitment to duty, even when facing great danger during this incident.
13:09Cool dog.
13:18We're in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, with Sergeant Terry Tiff and his K-9, Riggs.
13:24They are in pursuit of a reported double homicide suspect.

13:33Dog, dog, dog, dog.
13:34Earlier that morning in Illinois, 33-year-old Alan Brown allegedly shot and killed two men, then stole one of
13:42their vehicles.
13:43Brown then drove across state lines into Wisconsin.
13:48A Kenosha County deputy has spotted the stolen SUV as he pulls into a gas station, and he calls for
13:55backup.
13:55It is here. It looks like one occupant outweigh from the other.
14:03He's parked alongside a dump truck.
14:04When you come into Benson's, take that very first east entrance, and then 261 and I will
14:09come up behind him and you'll take what would be the south side of the vehicle by the dump
14:13truck.
14:14Careful.
14:16Minutes later, Sergeant Tiff, along with Canine Rings and other deputies, box in the
14:21vehicle.
14:22Let's do a high-risk stop on it.
14:34Driver, step out of the vehicle with your hands up.
14:40Hands up and stop moving.

16:29though it's unclear if the state will bring charges
16:32due to his current sentence.
16:37Despite a gunshot wound to the forehead,
16:40K-9 Riggs miraculously recovers
16:42and earns a silver star and a purple heart.
16:45The incident led to the passage of the K-9 Riggs Act in Wisconsin,
16:50which increases penalties for intentionally harming
16:53or killing law enforcement animals.
17:05It's just before midnight
17:07when Ocala PD spots an alleged hit-and-run suspect.
