01:23sweet lady pretty successful realtor here in town she's got a lot of cool stuff as you'll see in
01:28the video but she really needs us to help clean it up and then sell all the stuff so she
01:32can use that
01:32money to restore this property my name is Vicki or I've lived in this house almost 25 years my mother
01:39who is my hero she raised four children on her own we lived in the projects we were so poor
01:46I decided
01:48when I grew up I would never struggle like that and that's why I started collecting things because
01:54I saw value I remember having it I started collecting then it looked like hoarding it just
02:04grew one tote turned into 10 totes and which turned into 50 totes I have several reasons for wanting to
02:10do this I would like to get all the clutter out of this house so that I can enjoy the
02:14house I would
02:15like to have extra money to be able to take some time off work relax enjoy my life but most
02:22important
02:22to me is to restore this home you know this is one of those ones where she bought a lot
02:27of things
02:27to resell and so some of them are gonna be worth a lot some maybe not so much I collect
02:31baseball cards
02:32football cards wrestling cards comic books which I've got oh my goodness so many comic books just
02:38scanning through the video like some of these comics could be really big I've collected tie babies
02:43forever big ones little ones short ones tall ones fat ones thin ones I've got hundreds of tie
02:48babies couldn't tell you what they're worth she's got the beanie babies of course
02:52I mean there are a few rare beanie babies out in the wild maybe she bought one in a batch
02:57at
02:57some point yeah I can dig and dig and see what I find Mr Paxton you would probably need a

03:03trailer that's how much stuff's here this is not just cleaning out a house I mean this is her life
03:09savings and we've got to find as much money as we can in here all right you guys ready to

03:35and I'm the kind of guy that looks for the good in everything oh that's a high step for me

03:41Vicki has a lot of good things but when you do this week after week after week you start to

06:57titles 30 years after his prime Michael Jordan is still one of the most recognized and popular
07:03athletes on the planet an autographed 1986 87 Fleer Michael Jordan rookie card sold for 2.5 million

09:10she said that she has a signed Michael Jordan card and if that's the case that's pure gold that
09:16could be huge wow endless boxes of signed comics all at an insane volume she's a sleeper man she's
09:23gotten a lot of good stuff now to your point always we don't have time to go through all of
09:27them but
09:27they're in good condition I think we can actually help her so probably low on the clean out yeah so

16:39Tuffy and Smoochie and it's all because of beanie babies one of the biggest fads of the 90s new beanie
16:45baby releases caused mass hysteria leading to 1 billion dollars in sales in 1997 alone then came the
16:53royal purple princess Diana bear an early edition of the princess bear was sold for $20,000 in 2021
17:00on eBay this is Mike heaven up here man we had this one all these beanie babies nobody wants the

24:41absolutely amazing I've never found a collection like this anywhere holy Kalen what you got in your
24:50hand Spider-Man number two this is the third appearance of Spider-Man the first appearance of
24:58vulture and it's a 9.0 dude this is crazy would that be my spider sense returning can Spidey handle
25:09a sentinel's blast back in 1938 when Superman debuted in action comics number one no one had any idea that
25:21decades later comic books and superheroes would become a worldwide phenomenon at Marvel Comics comic book
25:27writer and publisher Stan Lee co-created many of the world's most iconic superheroes today
25:34professionally graded and sealed comics can be worth 10 or even a hundred times more than raw copies
25:40because collectors crave perfection in 2024 a near mint copy of action comics number one
25:47Superman's first appearance sold for six million dollars Kalen this is what we needed this is everything
25:56this is why we do this yeah and I'll tell you what man like my heart is pumping I can't

27:03dimes it's just not something you see very often so if I look at all this I'm hoping for seventy

33:35comics and just
33:37raw ungraded comics okay everywhere I looked in these boxes there was a lot of 10 20 50 dollar books
