00:05oh my god across the United States this is full dude buried in out-of-control
00:16hordes there are treasures you can't even begin to imagine oh my god I'm Matt Paxton
00:25and my team and I are cleaning out properties rain and poop looking for big scores one of a kind
00:32we found gold for our clients and ourselves and if my instincts are right I think this is legit
00:41everyone wins 82,000 so all I can say is wow you give me my house 110,000 I can't
00:49believe this is
00:50the same house three hundred and twenty thousand dollars all right here we all y'all new Boston
01:06Michigan not old Boston not old Boston new Boston this week the crew and I are gonna take on a
01:13type
01:13of horde we've never seen before I'm kind of excited about this one it's a family they live here on
01:18the
01:18farm and dad his stuff has been isolated to a chicken coop no no that is the 4,000 square
01:27foot
01:27chicken coop that is completely filled I won't be able to show you all of it because we can't even
01:33get to all of it honestly come on in oh my goodness I don't even want to touch anything oh
01:39it's not that
01:40bad hi I'm Madison and this is my dad Frank my dad is a handyman I fix everything you know
01:47machines
01:48motorcycles kind of though I'm a MacGyver type person this stuff doesn't bother me as much as
01:54it bothers them see room for two always been a sort of a pack rat it's been top heaven all
02:02this all this
02:03clutter you know growing up my whole life it's a lot it's a lot of baggage to have I didn't
02:08even
02:08know that this was here you didn't there's at least two motorcycles maybe three he has these
02:14timeless pieces that not not many people can even say that they've seen before his things do hold a
02:20certain place in his heart my dad is retired now you know they're on a set income things have been
02:26tough starting to hurt a little bit and I figured you know kill two birds with one stone you get
02:32some
02:32of this stuff out of here to good homes to get the space back and to have the family united
02:38is more
02:40important when the motivation is money sometimes it doesn't work out when we sell everything but
02:46when the motivation is family I feel like it always works out I have at least two coke machines in
02:51there
02:51so I have a safe lots of cool items in here you know the one thing that gets me excited
02:56safes that's
02:59what I like man in this giant chicken coop we're hunting for a few things Frank says there's a one
03:03of a kind vintage coke machine a few Suzuki motorcycles and we have to find that locked safe
03:09who knows what's going to be in there
03:15is that the coop back there good lord hello hey guys how are you hello so this is a 4
03:22,000 square foot
03:23chicken coop you said it was big yes so it was empty when you guys got here yes what happened
03:29just I like
03:30collecting things I've always did since I was a kid it's getting to where it's a problem I think let's
03:36just get into it Chris I'm gonna have you look around back and Mike and Kaylin I want you guys
03:40to go to all the way the other side of the chicken coop and try to get in that door
03:44okay all right thanks
03:45guys just watch your footing you can do that oh my god wow and this goes way deep yeah oh
03:56my goodness
03:57yeah I mean this is full dude yeah I know I get it I'm not putting you down I'm just
04:04no I know
04:05this chicken coop is insane I can't even see the wall I can't see across the room all I can
04:11see is the
04:12four inches in front of me holy you smell that that's the first thing I smell when you open the
04:23door
04:25oh you go first no problem this is this is so dangerous yeah but look at this you know we've
04:39got
04:39all kinds of tools we got flammables okay we've got uh yard equipment we got shop objects I'm already
04:49seeing dollars you're seeing danger I'm already seeing dollars Matt's counting on me to be able
04:54to justify taking this job on if I don't see enough value it's not gonna make sense for us to
05:00pay so
05:00much to clean the chicken coop everything I'm handing you is money I gotta come over here real
05:19quick sorry I'm just trying to figure this all out and there's another 10 feet that way yeah that's
05:25where you might find the coke machine okay who knows that's my dirt bike okay it's a TM bikes that's
05:32a TM 250. Suzuki there's more this is definitely a really cool 1980 Suzuki and he says he's got more
05:39if there's a GSXR 750 buried in there we'll be off to the races for the smoothest ride on two
05:45wheels
05:46look no further than the all-new GSXR 750 one of the first true race replicas the GSXR 750 brought
05:55the
05:55speed and performance of a racing motorcycle to the streets it's light and powerful with an aluminum
06:02frame and an oil-cooled engine it had an unmatched power to weight ratio for its time and turned heads
06:09when people saw it flying down the highway and sales of this bike still turn heads a pristine 1987 GSXR
06:17750
06:17sold for over $22,000 Madison what was it like growing up in here um when I was a kid
06:25it was fun uh as I
06:27grew up though it became a little a little bit more uh sad especially because it has gotten more
06:34packed yeah it's been a long road the horde has put um a strain on the relationship ever since I
06:43was
06:43a kid it's always been like the secret it's embarrassing I'm ready because we need to make
06:49things better here as a family and I want to enjoy my family more than than the stuff now I've
06:57got the
06:58guys checking out the rest of the property um let's head back that way assuming we all make
07:04it out of here alive I'll meet with the guys I'm seeing glimpses of big ticket items but everything
07:11is buried deep all I see is horde and I'm going off of what Frank has told me and I'm
07:18going to take his
07:18word for it all right let's talk this out y'all I'm kind of lost on this one like I'm
07:24looking this way
07:25and I'm like we got to do this and I look that way I'm like this is a horrible decision
07:28and I keep
07:29going back and forth there's silhouettes of things that we just can't get to motorcycles could be in
07:36there the safe we're looking for so I'm actually feeling really good about this give me the news
07:42what's it gonna cost it's packed my clean note is going to cost it 25 to 30. I mean yeah
07:47because
07:47it's gonna be what how many guys at least 10 guys for this one and then the dumpsters how many
07:52dumpsters
07:52I want to start off at 12. yeah that's probably 30 grand you're right so we'd have to make 50.
07:58let
07:58me get with the family I need every junk guy in southern Michigan okay I'll come back and find you
08:03guys on a few all right the team knows this is not going to be a walk in the park
08:08but now it's time
08:09for me to make a deal with Frank and Madison all right guys all right this is a tough one
08:16a really
08:17tough one I do think there's a lot to sell in there my concern is with the amount of dumpsters
08:24we're gonna need expenses are between 25 and 30,000 it's just so much there's so much unknown anything
08:31over our clean out costs 50 50 cut at the end 50 50 how do you feel about that yeah
08:37I like I like to
08:40have it a little bit different I'll go 49 51 if you want to do that that makes you feel
08:45better about
08:45it I will go 49 51 does that make you feel better yeah we'll go with all right 49 51
08:52okay all right yeah
08:53I'm gonna literally get the guys and we're gonna get started right away it's time to start hunting
09:03this is gonna be a tough job but I brought in a small army to help us clear out and
09:07pick through
09:07this coop all right we got to clean this entire barn in the next three days we're gonna split teams
09:14up
09:14we're gonna go six on that side with Kaelin and Mike six on this side with me and Chris all
09:20right
09:20let's do it thanks appreciate you there's only two doors to this coop so we're gonna start on either
09:26side and work our way into the middle keeping our eyes peeled for a vintage coke machine a Suzuki GSXR
09:33750
09:33and the safe I must say this is trash oh boy once we get to the ground there we want
09:42to go straight
09:43to here and go all the way that way all right okay the target items are always crucial because they
09:48give
09:48us that big lift of price trash and so you just got to keep digging until you find it but
09:53we're relying
09:54on some good surprise finds in here if we're gonna make a profit on this job guys this is trash
10:00this is trash
10:01trash trash man the smell trash trash yeah about five more minutes I'm about to give me some fresh
10:10ale it's funky I don't know if there's something dead in here but it smells like it this is metal
10:17there's a lot of
10:18trash in this chicken coop but fortunately a lot of it is scrap metal and that is something that we
10:24can sell
10:24all metal all metal yo make sure you keep that metal separate from the trash trash this is a great
10:39fine
10:40man oh man absolutely let's get it out good news is it was covered up so hopefully that protected it
10:49Frank wasn't lying we're starting to pull a lot of motorcycles out of here look what I got here
10:55unfortunately it's not the big ticket ones we were hoping for ah literally that's not even
11:05that's a wild animal okay is that raccoon it's huge been doing this job as long as I have you
11:12unfortunately know how to identify animal poop they didn't cat they didn't cat that's too big
11:19to be cat cat poop dog poop bear poop you name it you smell it you see it I know
11:29it
11:35oh dude look at this man this trash what is this
11:47okay got some knives got a few of them we can make money off of this money money money that's
11:57what
11:58we need these knives will definitely sale that'll sell nice here we go belt helmets were the jam this
12:13is a 1968 holy cow a shorty this is a 50 year old helmet people don't realize sometimes the
12:21helmets worth more than the bike these helmets are in really good shape they could easily catch a couple
12:26hundred bucks each like I said anything can be buried in here what you finding I don't know I
12:39think I just found something oh it's either an elk or a caribou but I think it's an elk we're
12:47finding some
12:47interesting stuff but there's a lot of trash and not much treasure although some of this trash is gonna
12:53have to be someone's treasure depending upon where you live in the country anywhere 500 bucks to a
12:59couple thousand oh man this might be the Suzuki that Matt is looking for so we can put this beauty
13:20up
13:30so we can put this beauty up this is a big board too GT 185 oh man we found an
13:3980 Suzuki all right yeah I might can pretty it up we were hoping for a GXR 750 this is
13:45the GT 185 it's worth a fraction of the 750 and this is a huge blow
13:58somebody's got to grab the front here and take it while the crew continues to pull everything out of the
14:02coop I'm gonna move the needle on sails
14:07all right what kind of offer would you like to make you got 21 knives here would you do two
14:11grand
14:11maybe a grand a grand let's do 15 meet in the middle yeah I'll do 15 damn you got a
14:17deal man I'll throw in both the boxes
14:20it's caribou also known as a reindeer I'm hoping 500 bucks okay you got me we got a deal man
14:27I love it
14:28it's a couple drops in the bucket on our way to 50,000 but it's a start the team's been
14:33hard at work but we've
14:34only gotten through about 25 percent of the coop so far and the target item we found was a letdown
14:39so we need to find the vintage coke machine and the safe ASAP
14:47what the hell is this
14:56I'll learn one day
14:57all right so if I was a coke machine where would I be oh I found it there it is
15:08oh no I didn't you know coca-cola memorabilia is pretty sought after in collector circles
15:13it's all about americana nostalgia every meal is a treat with an ice cold glass of coca-cola
15:21from its iconic red logo to some of the most memorable commercials in tv history the coca-cola
15:27company is practically synonymous with americana ironically the original 1886 recipe wouldn't
15:33even be allowed on shelves today as it contained a dose of cocoa leaf extract with cocaine yeah real
15:41cocaine by 1904 the formula was cleaned up and the brand took the world by storm that cultural imprint
15:48is why collectors chase coke memorabilia so fiercely to this day in fact a 1950s bendo 81d coke machine
15:56recently listed for over twelve thousand dollars
16:05uh-oh here we go look at this oh my gosh
16:13this is nice
16:16my god jackpot man
16:20these are in incredible shape
16:22it's not a coke machine but these vintage coolers are really awesome
16:26I bet we can get some good money for them if we find an interested buyer
16:30I mean you got
16:32six hundred to seven hundred dollars worth of coolers
16:34and then right behind it there's two inches thick of raccoon poop it's amazing I love it
16:44that is a huge dump truck full of scrap metal and I think we'll get five thousand dollars for that
16:51would you do 150 say what 200 you got a deal sounds good awesome I'm at 600 bucks you got
16:58a deal
16:58yep awesome oh yeah that's another one I got
17:08we haven't found any of our other target items in the chicken coop yet happily taking a break from the
17:14new Boston Horde to go check out another potential client not too far up the road in St Clair Shores
17:20Larry and Anna they've got tents in the backyard they've got lots of different sheds they filled up that lets
17:27us know the entire
17:28entire house is filled
17:30I'm hoping we'll have better luck with valuables here so we can turn a profit on this trip
17:35clutter has taken over the whole house all three bedrooms always afraid of that avalanche
17:40we have too much we need to start our lives I've got a lot of items from when my grandmother
17:46passed my uncle Mike when he passed he was a hoarder I accumulated a bunch from him
17:52we have all these movie reels and Bruce Lee yeah we've got a Seinfeld signed script
17:59someone in their family owned both a movie theater and a bookstore and they've got film that has Bruce Lee
18:06the reality is this could be a one of a kind film
18:10the one that really got me excited is they have a copy of the Centennial Declaration of Independence
18:19and I just had it and I put it on the stairs it's not on the stairs or anywhere around
18:25if they actually have a copy of one of the Centennial Declaration of Independence this could be worth a ton
18:31of money this house has got a little bit of everything
18:35so we're gonna keep our eyes peeled for that Declaration of Independence the Bruce Lee movie reels and the Seinfeld
18:42script signed by the cast
18:46come on in Matt hey nice to finally meet you guys I know I'm so glad you're here really good
18:52to see you
18:53thank you for coming well I can see why you called yeah there's just a little bit in here though
18:57all right
18:58well give me a tour oh come see what I'm looking at this is our kind of office do you
19:04guys both work out of here
19:05yeah we can't get to it we can't get to it really how many generations of stuff are in this
19:10house my uncles and then my grandparents
19:13then your whole life with your first wife and now we have all of y'all's stuff
19:18yeah and stuff from your previous life yeah so we have five different lives I'm gonna have to draw a
19:23family tree just to clean this house
19:24but I like it let's keep looking all right so y'all like putting stuff on the steps
19:30Larry so he's got four family members worth of his stuff and you get to Anna's side it's her parents
19:35stuff
19:36this was a bedroom at one time and all of her stuff all put together this is a lasagna of
19:43generational stuff
19:45well here's the backyard backyard is like the house you've got enough contents god we got to be able to
19:52make some money
19:53yeah all right but man we got a lot of work I think there's probably fifteen to twenty thousand on
19:58cleanup costs
19:59okay I mean I think contents of the house are probably worth forty or more I'd probably want to do
20:05a split of fifty fifty
20:09like sixty forty
20:12I'll take sixty if you wanna sixty take forty
20:14no no no all the way around
20:16sixty forty
20:18I'll go forty sixty
20:19done
20:19you gotta do it
20:20all right you feel good about that
20:21yes I do
20:22all right
20:22let me go call the guys we'll finish up the other job and we'll be back

21:16and they're all in really good shape
21:17this box could be three to four grand
21:20and this Vectrex machine
21:22that could be another grand
21:23oh that was a big find then
21:25okay
21:26you did really good
21:27you're welcome buddy
21:36this could probably go for scrap
21:43what is this

22:09this is a really cool coke machine
22:10but unfortunately it's not rare
22:12Matt's not gonna be happy about this
22:14but hopefully we can find a collector
22:16to take it off our hands
22:18hey look man
22:19did you see this stuff over here?
22:20no what is it?
22:21look

26:26and on some comic books
26:27we didn't end up finding a safe
26:29but the majority of the trash was actually sellable scrap
26:33so that ended up making us some money

27:18and my family
27:19I appreciate it
27:21we learned that
27:22you can choose your family
27:24choose family
27:26we know we did some good here for this family
27:28we made some space
27:29we made them some money
27:30we made a difference
27:38we're gonna see
27:39we really scraped that Larry's house
27:40we're gonna need a
27:41big payout
27:42so now we're headed to
27:44Anna and Larry'shouse
27:46we'll be hunting for the
27:47Centennial Declaration of Independence
27:50some kung fu movie reels
27:52and a Seinfeld script
27:53autographed by the cast there's a lot of stuff in this house with this one i only have three days
28:04and so we have to come in and hit the ground running quarters typically hide their most prized
28:09possession in one space for this family it's the office so we're going to start there and
28:14hopefully find some target items that we can sell fast oh as soon as i walk in
28:23what do you got this would be worth a couple of pennies walking liberty
28:30there's more than a few pennies but we need dollars
28:36it's tiffany and company this is gold oh the legend mike kelleher larry bird oh yeah the other legend
28:46i'm gonna keep picking and keep hunting okay let's do that all right now we're looking for some
28:52seinfeld this is gonna be the new look for the 90s you're gonna be the first pirate but i don't
28:58want to be a pirate arguably no 90s sitcom had as massive a cultural impact as seinfeld
29:05seinfeld finale in 1998 drew a staggering 76 million viewers it was the show about nothing but everyone
29:13wanted a piece of it the actual puffy shirt jerry wore in season five episode two sold for an incredible
29:20fifty four thousand dollars
29:28all right oh my gosh dude i just found a seinfeld script no you didn't yes i did no way
29:49are they signed um flip through yours but so far mine doesn't look to be there's no signatures this
29:58one is insane what do you mean there's no signatures yeah this one isn't either we need the signatures
30:04where are the signatures let's just keep looking for the sign one man yep it's a seinfeld script but
30:11it's not signed and if it's not a signed script it's barely worth the paper it's printed on
30:24all right what is this
30:28mr bruce lee wait
30:33in 1966 a little known martial artist and actor named bruce lee was first introduced to american
30:40audiences as cato in the television show the green hornet
30:46within less than a decade he would transform into a global icon kicking off a global kung fu craze
30:54his 1973 film enter the dragon known for its pioneering fight scenes grossed over 400 million
31:01dollars the equivalent of two billion today in 2024 bruce lee's stunt nunchucks from enter the dragon
31:08smash records at auction selling for more than 190 000 what you finding man this is what we
31:15looking for we're getting up we're getting our butts kicked downstairs hold on who is bruce lie
31:22bruce lie let me see oh my god this is a guy that was a lie that was like a
31:30fake bruce lee
31:33after bruce lee's death in 1973 studios cranked out nearly 200 knockoff films starring look-alike lees
31:41from bruce lie to dragon lee these are radio spots unfortunately these commercial reels are audio
31:50not video where bruce live memorabilia is extremely rare so that means for us less of these around man
31:57we are definitely gonna be able to sell these well unfortunately these are not real bruce lee reels
32:03but they are pretty cool and we're gonna be able to sell them what you looking for oh pretty much
32:20anything halloween or horror related are you wanting the the coffin tops as well sure just all the stuff
32:26i'd be at 2000. thank you man hi pretty cool it's pretty baller
32:58heroes in 1917. now this is really cool it's a military story stick and it looks like it dates
33:05back to world war one this would have been passed down from guys in the military and at the beginning
33:11in war one they would whittle it so it tells the story when these guys were in the war look
33:15here is
33:16in 1917 that's world war one
33:21war war one soldiers were often hunkered down in the trenches for days or weeks at a time so trench
33:28art
33:28was created story sticks or memory sticks were made out of whatever material they could find
33:34and they'd etch important dates thoughts really anything into them since they survived the trenches
33:40they're extremely rare today and usually sell at private auction i mean this is one of a kind american
33:49history i just found a bunch of first day cover stamps you got to find a stamp buyer which is
33:57getting
33:57harder and harder all the time yeah
34:04so we're 1500 in real life you got a deal man
34:10250 for the whole set you got a deal all right thank you so much cash yep i do
34:15the first floor including the office are all clear we found the seinfeld scripts but they were a bust
34:21we need to find the declaration of independence and the only place left to hunt is up in the attic
34:28and while caitlin starts hunting up there i'm going to try and get another sale under our belts
34:33all right here we go here are the tapes hopefully we can make a deal i've got the bruce lye
34:39commercial
34:40you know do you know the difference between bruce lee and bruce lye yeah bruce lye uh took over when
34:44bruce lee died exactly the real one all right and then we've got a bunch of different ones jaws of
34:48the
34:49black dragon i don't know what that is but i kind of want to watch it okay i've got between
34:52this box
34:53and all of these i'd say roughly at least a hundred so i was hoping three thousand for the lot
35:03okay would you do thousand thousand's too low how about 2200. okay oh we got a deal all right let's
35:12do it let's get these boxed up man thank you
35:17oh i found something that i might want myself it's okay absolutely i might got to put this aside
35:26somewhere

35:46there we go it's more
35:56oh it's an old ass paper i'll tell you that
36:05holy hey man oh
36:15oh you found it yeah absolutely holy cow yes look at that we found a centennial version of the
36:30declaration of independence which is just a 150 year old copy but dude this is pretty rare it's in
36:39decent condition and it will sell at auction this would go to like two to three thousand i'm gonna
36:45call a couple private buyers right now try to sell it that is a big sign that's what we needed
37:01it's our last day in michigan and we're way behind on sales we got your rocks here i i see
37:06here it's a
37:07nice little collection do 850. yes i'll do it all right good job we need as many wins as we
37:13can get
37:14to make sure we're in the team three thousand dollars is where i'm gonna start for everything
37:20here thank you they're gonna be appreciated for years to come
37:29thanks for coming man yep what we got this is the copy you were asking about all right this is
37:35a
37:35150 year old copy of the centennial edition of the decoration of independence they only made 2 000 of them
37:42in 1876. yeah this one's got rips and tears and it does i mean it looks 150 years old yeah
37:49exactly
37:50it looks 150 and it is 150 years old we know it's it's selling for 2000 perfect condition this is
37:56definitely not definitely not perfect for sure would you do 1500
38:03i guess i can do 1500 done all right thank you thank you
38:18you guys ready to see what work we did yes all right after you here we go
38:23oh my goodness look at all this room look at the couch a lot of space holy cow baby we
38:31can dance
38:32again you can dance again you really didn't expect all this but it turned out great phenomenal oh i'm so
38:41excited we danced all the time and then we ran out of space you got space to be happy steps
38:47are all
38:47clear it's not a tripping hazard my full only hard rule leaving this house is don't put anything on
38:54the steps quit making rules though you like my rules i got a lot of rules all right let's go

39:22an office yes this is so perfect for me i can think i can see outside i am extremely happy
39:31we really
39:32didn't expect all this but it turned out great phenomenal this is going to be so good for both of
39:38us
39:38we just can say thank you so financially let's see if we're happy we found the seinfeld scripts but
39:45unfortunately they weren't autographed we didn't find any actual bruce lee movie reels however we did
39:51find and sell some bruce lie radio spots and we found the centennial copy of the declaration of
39:57independence we sold that we sold a lot of things i sold stamps but what really put us over the
40:03top
40:03was the world war one story stick the unique one-of-a-kind piece of history that's projected
40:09to sell for over ten thousand dollars oh babe that's not bad at all add it all up 45 thousand
40:18two hundred
40:20dollars the clean out was just around ten thousand so our profit thirty five thousand two hundred dollars
40:29split it sixty forty that was twenty one thousand two hundred dollars to you guys fourteen thousand
40:38to us and i am happy to give you guys the money's always great and you always want money but
40:46the
40:46ultimate was the clean house the organization and to get all that open again i think we've done our job

41:06sure one thing
