00:05oh my god across the United States this is full dude buried in out-of-control
00:16hordes there are treasures you can't even begin to imagine oh my god I'm Matt Paxton
00:25and my team and I are cleaning out properties rain and poop looking for big scores one of a kind
00:32we found gold for our clients and ourselves and if my instincts are right I think this is legit
00:41everyone wins 82,000 so all I can say is wow you give me my house back 110,000 I
00:49can't believe this
00:49is the same house 320,000 dollars hey guys Matt Paxton here as you can tell doing things a little
01:07differently this week I am on the quickest flight I can get to Michigan we got a call from a
01:12client
01:12Matt I need you to help me clean out my husband's barn and it's starting to cause a pretty
01:18significant lift between her and her husband normally with a horde this big of course I'd
01:22want my whole team there but it's a bit of a sensitive situation she's very frustrated with
01:26her husband and she needs our help like quickly
01:34I didn't know that was there I didn't know that was there there's four more trunks in that back
01:39corner I swear to god you have got so much hi I'm Keith and this is my lovely white back
01:46this is the bond yeah we got tons of stuff in containers when was the last time you were
01:51up in this area I have no bloody idea it's awesome honey so Keith and Beth they've got a 5
02:00,000 square
02:01foot barn filled with items from their family from the last four to five generations including all of
02:07their boxes from Germany when they served overseas in the war and it is driving the wife nuts
02:15Keith was in the Air Force for 22 years we had a much larger house in Germany so we had
02:215,000 square feet of stuff thinking that it was going to fit in this old farmhouse and we were
02:27wrong so one thing I love about military families is they hold on to stuff man I love it we
02:32just find
02:33things that have sat there for sometimes 50 60 70 years all right this is the econo line I want
02:41it
02:41gone I do collect cars tractors down here I got an antique German wagon somewhere in there I've got
02:48all these old lawn mowers that I hate I can't get them out from the video what really caught my
02:53eye
02:53was he's got some cool vintage vehicles and tractors and they look to be in pretty good shape I've got
02:58to
02:58get my eyes on him with that being said it's really going to come down to the condition of the
03:02vehicles
03:03and if they run or not and if they do we'll be able to sell them for a lot more
03:07money big ticket items
03:08that are in the barn is a lot of first edition books there's stacks of books we have about 40
03:14posters Saturday evening post posters that are in pristine condition they have old vintage possibly
03:21first edition books so if they're in good shape and they've been sitting there for 100 years that is
03:27a huge win for us more dog dishes in case we get another dog we're not getting another dog the
03:33barn
03:33is overwhelming so Matt help me clean out my husband's barn I'm excited I really really hope I
03:43can make a deal with this family and I just got to get in the barn first to see what
03:46I see when a
03:47hoarder is married to a non hoarder you're gonna have conflict one person wants to keep everything and
03:52the other person wants to get rid of everything it's always a very tricky situation hopefully they
03:57have enough valuables here to put some money in my pocket and keep Keith out of the doghouse in the
04:03barn I'm gonna try to find the Saturday evening post artwork the first edition books and I'm gonna
04:08check out all the vehicles scattered across the property how we doing howdy good good to finally
04:16meet you guys in person let's go check it out take a look yeah let's see what we got all
04:21right
04:21wow yeah okay this is a barn how big is this barn I believe the barn is somewhere in the
04:29neighborhood
04:29of like 42 wide and 55 long okay so this is like two houses god this is a magnificent barn
04:38though my
04:39gosh yeah I would like to be comfortable walking in here right now I'm never comfortable these shelves go
04:49two or three buckets deep what am I gonna see what am I looking you're gonna see anything from antique
04:53pottery to a huge collection of books and records and then you're gonna find 25 years or 30 years of
05:00my collection so y'all traveled all around the world absolutely we're getting into the cobweb area
05:05back that's all right all these boxes and things up here things we haven't looked in and at least 25
05:11years it's pretty clear Keith was hiding this hoarding from his wife in the barn there is a toy
05:16tractor here holy cow these old middle school lockers are phenomenal too but as time went on it just kept
05:22growing and growing and growing and now it's at a point where it can't be hidden and that's a huge
05:28problem for Beth so I see tarps up high that means we're protecting everything below from something
05:34what are we protecting it from that okay all right that looks like one of my son's diapers I am
05:42getting
05:43hit with the smell yeah um and I do this every day so for me to really smell it either
05:49my uncle Larry
05:50is visiting for Christmas or you guys got a lot of poop in this barn yeah so all of these
05:56it's all
05:57bat guano thank goodness you guys put the tarps up yeah because it would have ruined all of us I
06:02mean
06:02the minute you walk into this barn you are overwhelmed with the smell of poop I'm afraid
06:08to ask this yeah what does downstairs look like holy cow dude all right what year is this that is
06:18a 64
06:19not a whole heck of a lot made is this for sale it could be for the right price but
06:26Matt I'll be honest
06:27it's it's my third child doesn't need a whole heck of a lot you know it does need some paint
06:33and it
06:33does need a little bit of body okay yeah all right I dig that the Plymouth Fury pinnacle of speed
06:40and
06:41strength in the 1960s the Plymouth Fury wasn't just a family hauler it was a full-size slab of Detroit
06:48muscle in fact it was the most commonly used vehicle in the early days of NASCAR racing the Fury Sport
06:56came with an optional 426 street wedge engine which was essentially Chrysler's more affordable version
07:01of their now legendary Hemi engine a pristine 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury is valued at almost 130 thousand
07:11dollars I really hope we get this thing started haven't been started a long time okay if this
07:18thing runs it's an automatic 20 grand or even more but if it doesn't run we'll be lucky to get
07:23half that
07:27this property has a ton of potential for profit however because of the dangers of the bat guano and
07:34the enclosed space I need to make sure I strike a good deal with Beth and Keith that makes it
07:39all worth
07:39it I got a bunch of little tractors over here yep tell me what's going on there they could they
07:44could go
07:44okay our cleanup's probably gonna be between like 10 and 15,000 okay all right say we made between 40
07:52and 50,000 my goals our profit would be around 30 now I would go 50 50 yeah yeah let's
07:58do it done I'm
07:59gonna shake your hand quickly so you don't go back on that thank you thank you thank you do your
08:04magic
08:13it's day one of the clean out and now that my team is here we need to hit the ground
08:16running so I'm
08:17gonna get them up to speed on what I found out on my initial scout of the property this is
08:21an old
08:22school barn you guys old school barn you've probably got a hundred plus plastic buckets in
08:26there and they served all over the world so he bought a lot of stuff shipped it back as they
08:31always did so
08:31there's a lot of cool stuff in here he had a good eye what are our big ticket items that
08:35we're hunting
08:35for we're looking for Saturday Evening Post artwork first edition books and we need to sell
08:41that 64 Plymouth Fury but we won't know how much we can get for it until we see if it
08:46actually runs okay
08:48first we've got to clear out as much space as we can so Katelyn and I can climb up into
08:52the rafters
08:53to get that back one thank you guys for being here good to see you yeah you can go put
08:59that on four we're
09:01gonna see if this is silver by some chance you got it yeah cool hit the brakes ain't no brakes
09:08on
09:08here ain't no brakes on this thing this can go out to sale oh what is this chuck wagon oh
09:20wow
09:23what is that it's a bunch of posters it looks like dude Saturday evening post posters
09:30oh wow March uh 30th 1940. this is a Rockwell Norman Rockwell like his artwork is insanely expensive
09:41like up to millions of dollars for one of his original paintings these posters are not worth
09:46anywhere near that amount but we've got a whole bin of them yeah and depending on what's in here we
09:51could have some money okay obviously these aren't the original Norman Rockwell Saturday evening post
09:57paintings but they're still fairly uncommon and very collectible they look like the posters that would
10:02get hung up in the newsstand to advertise the upcoming issues of the magazine sort of like what
10:08movie theaters do with movie posters today we need to keep these safe until we can really dig into what
10:13we've got here yeah let's see what else we can find we got a lot more to look through yeah
10:17it's all
10:20waterlogged what you got there I have no clue I will have to ask my husband oh nice sport fury
10:31I'm really hoping we can get this fury to run because if it does it'll make its values skyrocket
10:37yeah hold that yeah gotcha oh it's not too awful bad so Kalin's meeting with some local mechanics to
10:43see if they can get this thing fired up holy moly um seven or eight years ago okay and he's
10:55just had
10:55it back in the garage ever since yeah for one thing the injector pump isn't pumping fuel okay get a
11:02little bit of carbon buildup off of it it's right now let's see what happens now please fire up man
11:17we need some money if this thing will turn over it'll change our day let me know when to go
11:22go
11:28come on come on I need you to start on up for me baby
11:35come on baby
11:39on the tour I fell in love with Keith's 1964 Plymouth Fury if it runs we're gonna make a ton
11:45of money and
11:46if it doesn't run I don't even know if we can sell it yeah you have to put a little
11:49more down the
11:50neck yeah there we go let me know when to go go
12:05still not getting any spark the coil or it could be dead
12:11oh there's your problem right there control module is is mounted I mean we filed the points and the
12:17points still didn't fire so it's got to be that okay this is exactly what I hope wouldn't happen
12:23looks like we're not going to be able to get the fury to run so that's going to limit our
12:27pool of
12:28potential buyers and it's going to lower the price that I can sell it for
12:36go to the right go to go to my right day two here in Fife Lake yesterday we got some
12:42bad news
12:42the Plymouth Fury doesn't run and so far cleaning out the barn it's been slow going
12:47are these donate like all there's a whole bucket of nails you can either donate or throw it I mean
12:53I'm just saying donate or throw donate donate okay great we got the Ford I kind of line it it
13:00hasn't
13:01been on the road in a while no so whenever the owner tells me they've driven it I realize it's
13:07probably been 10 years longer I mean I think we're realistic about what this is he wants four he wants
13:12four all right let's make a deal on that four grand cash four grand cash you the man thank you
13:17dude
13:17yeah you're welcome four grand is four grand but we're still a long way from our goal so we really
13:22need to dig in and find some treasures if we're gonna make $40,000 gotta search everything make
13:28sure there's nothing hidden in there Babe Ruth signs with the Braves this is cool $1,650
13:34thank you man thank you
13:42why we got to suit up for this man
13:43bat guano also known as bat poop now that Chris and Mike have made enough space in the barn it's
13:51time
13:51we do something about that bat poop the only thing is bat guano is toxic to breathe in and you
13:58don't
13:59want it to touch your skin okay yeah yeah so that's why we're all suited up like we're on Breaking
14:04Bad
14:04we're gonna collect as much of this bat guano as we can and clean up what we can't because even
14:09though
14:10this stuff is gross and smells even worse what most people don't know is it can be sold as
14:15fertilizer for good money that's gold baby guano better known as bat poop was just a strange word
14:22until the 90s when Ace Ventura made it unforgettable thanks to their insect and fruit-heavy diet bats
14:29produce a natural super fertilizer today guano fetches around $10 per pound but collectors will pay big
14:36money for vintage sacks one cave age batch was listed online for $8,000 all right okay let's get some
14:45poop oh there's a ton up here y'all are we ready for this no but come on all right
14:52okay here we go
15:00I feel like it's getting in my mouth go to college kids you all right down there cave yeah I
15:08didn't
15:08dealt with a lot of poop but never bet poop this is a first for me you don't know how
15:13hard I just
15:13worked cable you don't know man you wasn't down here to see what I was going through bro how much
15:18you think these were bro well that's ten pounds it's a hundred dollars a pound we got a thousand
15:24bites here two hundred dollars a pound we got two thousand dollars okay that's gold baby that is gold
15:35now that the barn in Michigan is safer to hunt in and the crew can get back to picking another
15:39potential client has reached out to me who also is in a time crunch at their property so I'm headed
15:44out
15:44to Royalston Massachusetts to see what they're dealing with wow it doesn't look like it's been
15:50used oh my gosh you can't believe the stuff in here hi I'm Kathleen Clark my uncle left me his
15:57home
15:57and all his assets there's so much we're doing this because of the financial burden there's a mortgage on
16:05the house we have about six months of funds and my husband and I can't pay off the mortgage on
16:12the
16:12house time is of the essence here they need us to clean it out so they can sell it pick
16:17a room every
16:18room is cluttered Santa Claus's Christmas collections from the pictures I've seen this house looks like
16:24it is filled with a lot of valuable items and I'm really excited about the Christmas items they tend to
16:30sell well and tend to stay in really good shape there's old books coins and stamps a grandfather clock
16:36from the 1800s it's huge treasure hunt on paper this house looks perfect hopefully there'll be a
16:43big present for us under the tree the target items we're looking for are Santa Claus figurines and 1800s
16:50grandfather clock and vintage toys hey hey good to see you man this place is incredible it has history
17:00used to be a dairy farm it's beautiful absolutely beautiful yep what's inside look like come help me
17:05find treasures let's do it y'all go ahead this was my grandmother's room so she lived here too oh
17:14yeah
17:14wow a lot of books the furniture is from probably the 20s that's incredible I'm just looking around
17:21until I'm looking finally lots of everything you can see he's traveled the world that bag and that
17:25clock are just magnificent this is uh was Pete's room still filtering through things and we still have
17:33lots of coins and stamp collections up here he hid them all around the house that's good Matt I want
17:41to
17:41show you what Peter loved the most holy cow welcome to winter wonderland at Peter's world feeling a little
17:54uh claustrophobic oh okay everywhere you look Santa Santa Santa Santa Santa whoo if you think of the
18:02old haunted houses where the eyes stare at you wherever you go well the Santas are looking at us she's
18:08got
18:08about a thousand Santa Claus is in this room and I'm really hoping there's a 1920s woodcutter Santa in
18:14here they can go anywhere from a few thousand all the way up to ten thousand dollars I mean he
18:20just loved
18:20Christmas he had a tree in every room if you can imagine I can come on Matt we'll go in
18:26here
18:27whoo he did collect yes he did oh there it is 1800's grandfather clock and it's in great shape oh
18:35yeah yeah
18:36let's go back here wow holy man oh man you guys he's got everything in this room I've got civil
18:48war
18:48stuff I've got Christmas I've got books my god yeah there's more so what do you think I think it's
18:56gonna be expensive that's what I think are you really okay to sell everything I have to we have
19:03a mortgage on this house that I inherited okay living in North Carolina has made it rough on us to
19:08have to try and take care of this property and paying for electricity insurance mortgage payment all
19:13that you know we're just trying to sell to somebody who wants the property and can take care of it
19:17it's not that there's a lot of trash here it's just everything is small yes just that thinking
19:23about the hours to sell all this stuff it's probably about a $20,000 clean out and I'm seeing 40
19:31to 50,000
19:32in sales I'll do 40 60 in your favor what do you think yeah final deal deal it's Christmas Eve
19:41I gotta go
19:41back and finish the other house all right so we'll be back in a couple days and we'll bang this
19:47out great
19:47all right thank you thank you I cannot wait to get going in Massachusetts but first we have to finish
19:53the job in Michigan it's the final day we still have a lot to clean out unfortunately our sales have
19:59been lacking I really need a big score to get us back on track and I've got my eyes on
20:05that 64 Plymouth Fury
20:07I think I've found someone who's gonna jump at the chance to buy it all right so this is the
20:12butte
20:13what do you think it needs some work that's for sure it definitely needs work yeah the floorboard's
20:19kind of rusty got some ice droppings in there what are you asking for it he wants 15,000 which
20:25I know is
20:26a little high it's an emotional price obviously right the best I can do is about 6,500 I think
20:3565 is fair
20:36let me call in both of them and see what they think okay on the tour Keith said this thing
20:42is
20:42his baby and he really doesn't want to part with it but Beth wants it gone and we need every
20:47dollar
20:47we can get so I'm calling in both of them to hopefully make this deal go through guys this is
20:53Phil hi Phil hi Phil hi how are you good good good meet you it's time to make some thoughts
20:58and decisions
20:59here I've had a couple people come around the last three days and I'm not trying to be disrespectful
21:03but there's no one that's gonna pay 15 for this except for you okay and the most realistic offer
21:08we've had is here all right he's offered us 6,500 most people think it's worth between six and eight
21:15but
21:16no one is near 15. so I think realistically 6,500 is a pretty good offer
21:22you can take it all right that's that's like half it's been sitting for how long
21:34our last day here in Fife Lake the barn is almost cleared out but we haven't gotten halfway to our
21:39goal in
21:40sales yet hopefully we can find some more treasures to make some more money and help Beth and Keith get
21:45back
21:45on the same page or records this the latest one so far man I think I found the first edition
21:56what yeah Walt Whitman and Winston Churchill okay Leslie let's first look at Winston Churchill
22:05copyright 1912 1913 this could be worth a ton of money Chris let me see that book
22:11that's Charles Dickens yeah oh my gosh all right if this is the first edition Dickens these books look
22:19promising but I'm gonna need to get an expert out here to authenticate them most first editions are
22:24not authentic so we need to make sure before we sell them keep looking all right through all of this
22:29and
22:30over here too okay all right good job dude thank you very good job I think there's about 38 total
22:38posters and that's the Norman Rockwell that's yeah that's a sweet piece because it's Norman Rockwell
22:44it's just an iconic image iconic illustrator so absolutely you show me the item I've got a guy
22:51Saturday Evening Post Matt's my guy you know they made a lot of Saturday Evening Post magazines they
22:57didn't make a lot of posters yeah posters are a great collectible because you know they just they don't
23:03last in my head I know there's some posters in here that are worth a couple hundred dollars a piece
23:08there's some in here that are worth five hundred dollars and some that are worth 20 bucks a piece
23:14yeah okay that's fair that's fair what would you like to pay for this collection for all of them I'd
23:22offer
23:22twelve hundred twelve hundred bucks yeah okay realistically I'd like to be a little bit more
23:29than that so where are you at I've got about forty posters here some of them are worth a lot
23:35I'm at
23:35three thousand dollars you know I do estate sales for a living so I'm trying to get always as much
23:42as I
23:42can for the family as well so I understand where you're coming from yeah I'd love to add them to
23:47my
23:47collection that's all appreciate it have a great one all right be good all right dude believe it or
23:53not this is about as locally grown as it gets oh holy cow yeah you smell it yeah that's uh
24:01it's about
24:01some good fresh guano there there are two more tubs of this that's about 40 pounds or a little more
24:06I cannot resell it because it is not USDA approved okay but I would probably buy it for my wife's
24:13garden
24:14if we can come to a deal could you do 300 yeah I'll do three deal I'll take it 300
24:20bucks cash
24:21this is the only thing that doesn't smell like bad poop at this house awesome all right thanks
24:26Matt you guys take care now all right Paul we found what I'm hoping are authentic first edition books
24:32and I know you're the man who will know for sure yeah but I can look at these right here
24:37and tell you
24:37right off these are these are the heritage press editions this was a book club that you could be a
24:41member of
24:42all right so we were already into mass printing yeah yep yep and this little guy right here this is
24:47a
24:47Christmas carol but this is one of them when he went to the apothecary um you used to buy be
24:52able
24:52to buy books there I mean something like this if I was to retail this in my store I'd probably
24:57put 50
24:58on it 50 okay so none of these are first editions no it's like no uh in our store we
25:03sell things like
25:04that for a dollar because decorators come by and and people doing Etsy love them to do craft work
25:10with okay so this is not what we needed to hear I was hoping to sell these books for thousands
25:16and
25:16unfortunately they're not worth the paper they're printed on
25:26all right here we go guys open your eyes come on in look at this oh my god I've never
25:35made it this way
25:37it's amazing I haven't been able to walk through here for years we got all the bat guano out that
25:43was a
25:44little harder than we thought it was so hard to come in here and see those tarps holy it's
25:50amazing you got space to do stuff over there it's all workable it's all usable this is just fantastic
25:56we can't thank you enough Matt it's I I'm I'm just dumbfounded yesterday I was what 30 feet up yep
26:02questioning my decision to take on this barn
26:08I'm thrilled I'm just absolutely thrilled it's time to talk money absolutely let's go it now when
26:15I get really mad at him and he's down in the barn all the time I could say put your
26:18cot up you're
26:19staying yeah I am gonna put a couch down here just in case yeah he can have his own couch
26:23yeah
26:25which is often case in a lot of these jobs the target items maybe don't come out as much as
26:29we
26:29thought they would Saturday Evening Post posters didn't sell for as much as we had hoped for and the
26:33first edition books turned out not to be first editions at all which put us in a hole but what
26:39really got us over the finish line was the Plymouth Fury it's been sitting for how long did you do
26:4675
26:46we got a deal all right oh my gosh thank God you sold the cars if you hadn't sold the
26:53cars we
26:54wouldn't have gotten anywhere near that okay grand total sales $32,000 holy smokes for all your crap
27:03your costs were low at $10,000 22,000 profits we agreed on a 50-50 split so that's $11
27:10,000 for each of us
27:12fantastic I think I'm going over there yeah that was my guess give it to the ball yes it's a
27:19load off of my
27:21shoulders like you can't imagine I believe that this is going to stay the way it is if it doesn't
27:29then uh I will be getting a divorce so thank you thank you for everything good job all right I'm
27:39gonna go find the guys we'll see you again thanks the team and I completed our mission in Fife Lake
27:46and
27:47now it's time to head back to Massachusetts to take on the house filled with Santa's so the clients can
27:52sell their house and rid themselves of a burden of a second mortgage what are our big ticket items
27:57that we're hunting for I mean Santa Claus everywhere there's also a grandfather clock that looks promising
28:03uh and then a bunch I mean a bunch of old cast iron and tin type toys oh that's awesome
28:10we got
28:10to stay focused and we got to clean because we really only have three days and this this is probably
28:14a
28:14five-day clean-out that was brilliant we're gonna go in and start sorting through the two big rooms
28:18upstairs Mike Kaelin and Chris you guys head up there while I start hunting in the living room
28:23any questions no all right let's do it this is a tough one this house is big we got you
28:30know seven
28:31bedrooms 4,000 square feet 10,000 plus items and they're all about that big
28:36I think it's in quotes
28:43okay all the true values technically these are vintage toy cars there's a difference between vintage
28:49toy cars and old cars these just look old hopefully there's more vintage toys hidden
28:55around this house somewhere
28:58I see this behind door number one
29:04what's this
29:08all right now I'm talking
29:11all right now I'm talking
29:14what's this
29:17Mike
29:20what you finding Chris
29:21an old train set
29:24not in bad shape either
29:26let's see what you got
29:28this is cool this is Lionel
29:30that's the name you want to see maybe other than Mark's
29:34when you're talking about vintage toy trains
29:37these were really good toys back in the day
29:40it's not uncommon to find model trains
29:43but these are better than most of the trains we find
29:46pre-war trains are highly collectible because they're made of metal
29:50they're highly detailed and very realistic
29:52definitely got trash
29:53jeez Louise
29:54this is shaping up to be a whole set
29:56yeah
29:57which is great because we could sell individual cars
30:00or we could sell it all as a set
30:02these are pre-world war ii toy trains
30:05built before 1942
30:07back when they made them out of steel and coated them with tin for durability
30:11when manufacturers switched from using metal to using plastic and die cast
30:16it sped up production cut costs and unfortunately lost some quality
30:21Chris this is a great find
30:23that's what i do
30:24i know
30:26these trains are vintage
30:27they're toys
30:29and they're in good shape
30:30if we keep finding more like this
30:32it's really going to help our bottom line
30:37oh there's blades
30:40you got money in there?
30:42yep
30:43everywhere man
30:44like look at this
30:45now this is some good silver right here
30:48one ounce of silver is a little under $80 on the market right now
30:52so that's a half an ounce
30:52see the difference
30:54oh yeah
30:54half an ounce
30:55so i mean that's not bad dude
30:57look at that
30:58i'm just going to keep striking
30:59holy cow dude

31:10i'm not taking those vitamins
31:12yeah absolutely not

31:20holy smokes
31:22the gold plated coins
31:23and the mints aren't worth much
31:24but there's a bunch of good sterling silver here
31:27we gotta get this all properly appraised
31:30and find a buyer
31:31$2100
31:31just these jars
31:32and that's not bad dude
31:38with the upstairs rooms bringing us some wins
31:41now it's time to focus on the vintage Santa collection
31:44which is hopefully going to deliver us some presents
31:46in the form of big payouts
31:49man man man
31:51wow
31:51it's like Santa threw up in here

32:03so
32:04what are we doing with all this
32:06this is the kind of thing that people walk right past
32:08and
32:09they don't really appreciate
32:11the value that could be sitting here
32:14and if we find the right
32:15Christmas items
32:17they can sell for big money
32:18let's see
32:20this
32:21this anywhere between $5 to $15

33:49they really don't trust banks
33:50they will have money
33:51in the strangest places
33:53and being that I've been doing this for so long
33:55I know all the places they have money

34:09but
34:10the items that we did find
34:12have some value
34:13they also have a ton of other vintage Christmas items
34:16so I'm going to take a chance
34:17and sell it all as one bulk lot
34:20have you ever seen a collection like this?
34:22no
34:22no
34:23not this large
34:24a somewhat overwhelming collection
34:27overwhelming is absolutely the right word
34:29just to be totally upfront
34:30we are looking to work out a deal for everything
34:33all of the Christmas items in one lot
34:36I think there's about a thousand holiday objects here in this room
34:39I would really love to be about $10 a piece on these
34:42so I'm at around $10,000
34:46well to be honest I think it's a little high

35:01yeah probably
35:03but
35:03it would take me a year to do it
35:05she's here right now
35:07and she's clearly interested
35:08so all I've got to do is close the deal
35:11I'll tell you what

36:25they're made to last
36:26clocks like this
36:27this clock will outlive me
36:28definitely
36:29looks like he took very good care of it
36:31I actually have some paperwork
36:33oh fantastic
36:34yeah
36:35a lot of people who have antique clocks
36:37have reproductions
36:38but Cathy and Uncle Peter have actual proof
36:41that this clock was made in England
36:43in the late 1700s
36:45and that's a huge difference in value
36:47it's from 1790
36:48made in England
36:49and then it was imported by the poor family
36:52wonderful
36:52and so
