00:00A year ago, we barely talked about agents, or the word almost didn't exist.
00:04We were using AIs like a chat companion.
00:08A search function.
00:10Yeah.
00:10What I like to say to my people, but also in general, I say, this is not a drill.
00:14This is real.
00:15It's not the age of experimentation anymore.
00:18This is a tool that now can do a lot for you.
00:22And so we put it at work.
00:24And we put it at work in starting from developers, but not expanding in many, many other areas.
00:29So I would say, actually, if I look at the increase of capabilities of these models, what
00:35we've seen in the last six months or so with really the evolution of this advanced reasoning
00:41capabilities that came out, I think that finally got us the confidence that you can use AIs
00:48for every day's work with the right supervision and also, in many cases, for mission-critical
00:53applications.
00:54It's not a toy anymore.
00:55It's something that you can expect results from.
00:58And I think that's the biggest change.
01:00So today, I would say that there is almost nobody in Goldman that is not touched in a
01:05way or another by AI.
01:06So 2011.
01:06So you can also have amate in yourself.
