00:23way that they were, after more than 500 people were arrested over the two-day event last year.
00:30The grant, which was announced on Friday, will provide at least 1,000 more security guards,
00:36crowd safety experts, barriers and Wi-Fi to allow safety teams to communicate if they spot antisocial behaviour.
