00:14We're demonstrating to the world that Kentucky is on the move.
00:21In 1986, Governor Martha Lane Collins believed Kentucky could be more innovative, more global.
00:28She believed in Kentucky's people, and she believed they were ready.
00:3440 years ago, something powerful began.
00:37You want to get the job done? You go to Kentucky.
00:39Not just a manufacturing operation, but a belief that when people are united by purpose, anything is possible.
00:47From the very first bulk tighten to the first Camry rolling off the line, a culture was forming.
00:55One rooted in respect for people and continuous improvement.
00:59It is my honor to present your first Kentucky Camry.
01:08My father on the radio heard, hey, I was going to build a plant in Georgetown, Kentucky.
01:13I'm from Harlan County, East Kentucky.
01:15At the time, I worked in the coal mines.
01:17For the stability for the family, they made the decision to come up here.
01:22My son, he's 23 years old.
01:24You know, he works here as well.
01:26This company has helped my entire family.
01:29Our team members, generation after generation, work here and make it a career.
01:33And the reason why they recommend this company is because those values stay the same.
01:39It's the fundamental principles of Toyota.
01:42I don't ever see that changing.
01:44The journey hasn't always been easy, but every challenge strengthens us.
01:50It's always growing.
01:51It's a constant change.
01:53We're always looking to improve the better and to ensure that we give a good quality product with the best
01:57technology to the customer.
01:59I love being able to go out into the real world and being able to see,
02:02Hey, look, that's a hybrid.
02:04My team and my hands were involved in that.
02:08Today, Toyota Kentucky stands at the forefront of a rapidly changing world.
02:14But transformation isn't new to us.
02:17It's who we are.
02:19Advancing electrification, expanding mobility options, and building a more sustainable future is our mission.
02:30Accio stated that Toyota is going to be a multi-pathway company.
02:35Fortunately for TMMK, we refurbished line one and we were able to do that and make it one of the
02:41most flexible lines that Toyota has globally.
02:44We accept a lot of challenges and we are successful.
02:48So I see us continually pushing the boundaries and seeing what TMMK is capable of.
02:54We can't do what we do without our team members.
02:58They put their heart and soul in what they do every day.
03:01They're always telling us about the future and what the future holds for us and that we are the heart
03:06of TMMK and I believe that.
03:08This place is not just a job, it's a way of life for a lot of us and we truly
03:13appreciate TMMK.
03:16From BEV to hybrid and beyond, we are shaping how the world moves.
03:23Not just with technology, but with the same care and pride that have guided us for 40 years.
03:36To every team member, past and present, thank you for the pride you bring, the excellence you deliver, and the
03:46legacy you continue to build.
03:48Because this is more than manufacturing.
03:51This is Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky.
03:5640 years driven by people and we're just getting started.
