03:45As much as I enjoyed the incredible facilities, I had a couple of issues.

04:33For us, an underpayment, you know, it is a bit of a kick in the teeth,

04:36I think Dan's underpayment was really extreme.

04:42so I don't really think it should have been an underpayment.
04:45Sam and Shauna's accommodation is nice, but I sand by my underpayments.

11:31There was no ventilation, so I need to leave just to get a little bit of fresh air.

11:38I just put the shower on and it's literally spraying from the ceiling.
11:42But, come feedback, it was Uzi and Bobsy's low facilities score...

12:10Wherever we stay, we like to have on-site parking.
12:13We are city centre.
12:15And it was a price issue as well.
12:17We get 5,000 people visit and stay with us a year and have no issue with it whatsoever.
12:23It is about 15, 16 minutes walk.
12:26Can't move the building.
12:27So, your next comment is small room.
12:30That's one of our larger rooms.
12:31I was judging the room on the price.
12:34You understand that?

12:36It was very compact, Nick.
12:37It's about luxury and appointment levels.
12:39It's not just the size.
12:41We went for the wow factor.
12:42We did find a few issues with our facilities as well.
12:46The sink was badly marked.
12:48Black, unfortunately, more than any other colour, does tend to show its weaknesses.
12:55For me, that would just need fully replacing.
12:58So, we have looked at refurbishing those units.
13:00Things like that should be replaced straight away.
13:03If you still want to charge the same price.

13:08We certainly take on board things that have been said and if it makes sense to change things, we'll look
13:14at how that's possible.
13:15But it's the money that matters.

13:34At the price, Nick, there should have been no problems with the facilities.

14:21And we generally do not get the similar comments that you've made on a day-to-day basis.
14:27The facilities and sleep that we provide usually tick all the boxes for the people that booked that ROM.
14:33Therefore, it is disappointing that Dan didn't have that same experience.
14:37It's with a heavy heart that I underpaid Nick.
14:40But I struggled to sleep and I couldn't wait to get out.
14:43Finally, it's Uzi and Bobsy and their £347.30 stay.
