00:00Isaiah Thomas is back in the news again.
00:02Again, this guy has been butthurt since Jordan went up to Chicago
00:05and took a city from him and didn't put him on the initial dream team here.
00:10He made a comment saying that that Chicago Bulls team with Scottie Pippen,
00:15if KD was on it, they'd have still won six NBA championships
00:19if you had taken Jordan off that team.
00:22Your thoughts on that comment by Isaiah Thomas?
00:30Big Sills, listen, Kevin Durant is one of the most gifted offensive scorers
00:39that I've seen in my lifetime.
00:41I would put him up there with him, Carmelo, Alex English, Bob McAdoo,
00:50he's got Adrian Dantley, just great prolific scorers.
00:54They could score the ball in many different ways.
00:57He wouldn't have been there for six rings because if he would have tried
01:00to go through the bad boys and lost, he probably would have left.
01:04And that's why the game is different.
01:06And here's the thing, folks, remember, where is Isaiah Thomas from?
01:12Chicago.
01:13Him and Mark Aguirre, they were the prodigal sons.
01:17And then the bad boys came, and he became the villain.
01:20Jordan, and Jordan became the hero.
01:23Michael Jordan is the greatest, and I'm talking about this now,
01:27and we've got to get away from the GOAT debate, right?
01:30But if you want to talk about competitor in the 80s and 90s,
01:33no one wanted to win more than Jordan.
01:36He would drag all them suckers to the finish line.
01:39That is not how KD is built.
01:41No disrespect to KD, one of the best scorers of all time,
01:44but that is laughable, and that continues to show
01:47how butthurt Isaiah Thomas is for the fact that Jordan took over
01:51not only Chicago, but the NBA.
01:54You know, outside of Steve Kerr, think about all those superstars
01:57that were on that Chicago team.
01:59Once Jordan left the NBA, what'd those guys do?
02:03And then it was Scottie Pippen.
02:04They didn't win anything.
02:06Scottie Pippen, look, Big Sills, Jordan Dunn left,
02:10and it was like Cinderella.
02:12The clock turned midnight, and the carrots became a pumpkin,
02:16and they all became pumpkins.
02:17It didn't matter where Scottie Pippen went.
02:19It didn't matter.
02:20Horace Grant, when he went to Orlando, that flamed out.
02:23Dennis Rodman, all right, you know, he's a little crazy,
02:25but Dennis Rodman, so Dennis Rodman.
02:27All those guys, that is a credit to Michael Jordan
02:30and what he has built because he is arguably the greatest leader
02:34in sports, maybe, right, in that era,
02:37along with someone like Mark Messier who did it with hockey.
