The idea of something like this (this one is from the brand @wildbadgerpower in case you're interested) is for those days where it doesn't quite snow enough to break out the massive snow blower.

It weighs about 20 pounds so definitely heavier than a normal shovel but you don't have to physically throw the snow, it launches it out of the path.

If you live somewhere that gets steady but limited snowfall, a cordless snow shovel could be a handy tool if you want to give your back a break.

I was able to clear my driveway in a much shorter amount of time, and I was feeling so jazzed about it that I proceeded to turn the show shovel down the street and clear my neighbor's sidewalk, too. Might have to start a local side hustle.

00:00I never thought I'd say this, but I just had the best time shoveling. I tested out this cordless
00:05snow shovel, and I can't believe it took this long. When it snows enough, but not enough to
00:09break out the big snowblower, the 40-volt battery is a beast, launching snow 20 feet in the air.
00:14It was easily the fastest I've ever cleared my driveway. I was having such a good time,
00:19I even volunteered to clear my neighbor's sidewalk. Now, one bummer, the model I tested
00:24doesn't let you throw snow to either side, just directly in front. After this, I'm personally
00:28never going back to a regular shovel. So why don't you go ahead and show this to that friend who
00:33you
00:33know hates shoveling snow. This might just blow their mind.
