00:00.
00:15Well, my definition of real negotiating would be right here, and we don't leave until we're done.
00:20And we've offered that, and we think there will be meetings this week.
00:24We're certainly hopeful for it.
00:27Ships are passing. That's a very, very good sign.
00:31And I think the president wants a peace deal.
00:36But he also believes in, and I believe in it too, peace through strength.
00:42Without pressure, you never get anybody to the table.
00:45And in this case, we're employing a lot of strength.
00:50We have a big fleet there, and yet we're prepared to solve it with a diplomatic solution.
00:58And our solution is all about what's best for the region, what's best for the United States, what's best for
01:05the world.
01:05It's unlikely we're going to lose any conflict with Iran.
01:09On the other hand, we also have a president who believes in elegant solutions.
01:14And elegant solutions are diplomatic solutions.
01:19We have a 15-point deal on the table that the Iranians have had for a bit of time.
01:27We expect an answer from them, and it would solve it all.
01:31It would solve the enrichment question, which is we can't have enrichment there today.
01:36It would solve the material question.
01:39They have close to 10,000 kilograms of enriched material stockpiled, which they have to give up.
01:48But we have an adjournment.
01:50We have an extension.
01:52We view it as a real positive.
01:54The Iranians, there are some people there who have denied that we're negotiating.
02:00I think we know, everybody in this room knows, we are negotiating.
02:05It's clear.
02:06Some ships are coming through.
02:08We may have a different definition of negotiating than they do.
02:12Or there may be people within their system today who just don't have the ability to admit it.
02:20But we're talking to them.
02:22So, we don't have an extension of Pakistan.
02:27We have one specific order.
02:28We have two international students.
02:31We have an extension of Pakistan,
02:35and we have a very different platform in Pakistan.
02:35We are facing these opportunities.
02:36We have an extension of Pakistan.
02:37We are facing the international rights.
02:39The capitalists and public nations.
