00:11The document, which was developed in conjunction with the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs
00:17and in close coordination with Cuban national authorities, will focus its efforts on six sectors
00:22logistics, health, water and sanitation, food, housing, protection and educations.
00:27Areas where work was already underway in response to the impact of the meteorological event in 2025.
00:33One of its main objectives is to target the most vulnerable populations and track fuel consumption.
00:38The Comprehensive Action Plan seeks to address urgent needs and ensure the continuity of essential services
00:43for approximately 2 million people across 63 municipalities in eight provinces.
