Chinese vessel sails at 'unsafe' distance from Philippine Navy ship

Handout images released by the Philippines show a People's Liberation Army (PLA) vessel sailing alongside the BRP Benguet, with fewer than 10 meters separating the two ships. Philippine Colonel Nep Padua told AFP the maneuver was 'unsafe' and 'provocative.'
