00:00We all know that the cost of living is a joke at the minute.
00:03People are struggling.
00:05People should be able to, end of the week, enjoy a pint of beer,
00:09take their kids to the football, but they can't.
00:10Their pennies ain't going as far.
00:13Every Sunday morning, 8 o'clock, me and my friend Rob do a men's mental health walk.
00:18We've done it every single Sunday.
00:19Anyone can come.
00:20It's brilliant.
00:21It's brilliant.
00:22And one of the biggest things I talk about with blokes my age is,
00:25I ain't got no money, Tom.
00:26And that's literally, and I'm working every hour that God gives me.
00:29Like, this morning, I started work at 3 o'clock.
00:31And when I was in New Spitalfield, yeah,
00:35I noticed that people are buying their stock because people aren't buying their fruit and veg.
00:39Like, I want to buy fish in Billingsgate afterwards.
00:41I thought, how's it been?
00:42It's going smaller and smaller.
00:43Why is that?
00:43Well, because Labour have been smacking small businesses, left, right and centre.
00:48And it ain't fair.
00:49Like, people forget small businesses are back running in the UK.
00:54And without small businesses, we ain't got a country.
00:57Their tax pays for the roads, like the polls were talking about earlier, like the NHS.
01:02Like, everything goes on through small businesses.
01:04And I think we need to give them more support.
01:07And then you'll see more jobs open up.
01:10You'll see more people, you know, because when companies are making more money,
01:13they can employ and they can fund people better.
01:15And do you think any of the parties have the answer to that?
01:18Mate, listen, I don't think they do at the moment.
01:21Like, people, I mean, Nigel Fry's come out and said he'll back small businesses.
01:25And he did say that.
01:26And I appreciate he said that, yeah.
01:27But I think something needs to be done now.
01:30Not in the future.
01:30Like, yous lot are in charge.
01:32Do something about it.
01:34Stop talking about it.
01:35Do it.
01:37You
