00:00Good morning and happy Saturday, you lovely, lovely people.

00:05Now today is a very, very big day because tonight, as you all know,

00:10it is the first show of the Strictly Come Dancing that I have got the absolute honour to be on.

00:17A fantastic TV show that's been going on for over two decades,

00:21bringing some of the best moments of television.

00:23And you know what? I'm absolutely buzzing to be a part of it.

00:26But, but, it is the morning and we have got jobs to do

00:31and that is why I'm starting the day the right way,

00:33in the best cafe in East London, Dino's Cafe,

00:37and I've got something fantastic, ham, egg and chips,

00:41one of my favourites, and I'm going to go and do a bit of graph.

00:44I'm then going to go watch the wonderful West Ham

00:47and then tonight I'm looking forward to sitting at my house,

00:50my beautiful wife, my kids, my friends, watch it on the telly.

00:54It's been pre-recorded and the live show starts next week.

00:58But guys, I want to say one thing, yeah?

01:00I have been working so hard on me dancing.

01:03Listen, I am 18 stone, I have got two left feet,

01:06but I've been given an amazing partner who's taught me so much about dancing.

01:11And you've probably seen it on the news that I have been a talk of the town

01:14and listen, I hold my hands up, I've made mistakes in my life,

01:18I've moved on from them,

01:19and it has been a hard couple of weeks for me and my family.

01:21But what I've learned is my wife has done my leg, she's brilliant.

01:26You know, my manager, Johnny, he ain't stopped grafting,

01:28Polly, she's a legend,

01:30and my little group of mates that are around me,

01:32I know they will stand with me until the very end.

01:34And that's all that matters.

01:35So I'm going to try my hardest in it strictly,

01:38I ain't going to give up,

01:40I'm going to give it 110%,

01:41and I'm not going to go home until I'm proud.

01:44But firstly, if you're out there today,

01:46your bed's getting delivered in the morning,

01:48we're going to have a blind up, up the West End,

01:50up their nosecats,

01:52and I'll ask.
