House panel orders subpoena for Madriaga in VP Duterte impeachment case

The House Committee on Justice ordered the issuance of a subpoena duces tecum and ad testificandum for detainee Ramil Lagunoy Madriaga on Wednesday, March 25, who claims to be an alleged bagman of Vice President Sara Duterte.
