00:12The deliberations on the sufficiency in substance took place in the course of two hearings, presided by Committee Chairperson Batangas
00:192nd District Representative Jervil Jinkie Bittrex Luistro.
00:24This paves the way for a deeper scrutinization of evidence of the Vice President's alleged impeachable offenses.
00:32The two impeachment raps that passed were the Father Joel Sabalia et al. complaint, which contained six grounds for impeachment,
00:39and the Attorney Nathaniel Cabrera complaint, which listed seven grounds.
00:44The Sabalia et al. complaint was declared sufficient in substance, with 54 votes affirmative, one negative, and zero abstentions, while
00:54the Cabrera complaint was declared the same with a similar number of votes.
00:59Quezon City 4th District Representative Jesus Bong Suntay was the lone no-voter of the two complaints.
