01:29Finally, the court is cognizant of the Supreme Court ruling
01:31in Almonte v. Vasquez, GR 95367,
01:35where it stated that
01:37a government privilege against disclosures
01:39is recognized with respect to state secrets,
01:42and it is not amiss to state that even matters of national security
01:46have been inquired into inappropriate in-camera proceedings by the court.
01:50Therefore, the court ex-abundante ad cautela
01:55or out of an abundance of caution hereby directs,
01:57in order to prevent the unwarranted exposure
01:59of sensitive AMLC methodologies and information,
02:03to submit the records strictly in-camera
02:05to the presiding officer through the clerk of court first
