00:00I think the Brewers are going to take a step back.
00:01So that left me with the Cubs and like the Cubs are deep enough and balanced enough.
00:06I think that there isn't a glaring weakness and there's enough to withstand injuries no
00:11matter where it is.
00:12And we're already going to see it at the start of the year with say Suzuki on the injured
00:15list.
00:15And obviously Steele's still working his way back from the surgery there.
00:19So there's enough depth and balance there that I think you could justify saying, okay,
00:26I'll just say this.
00:27I think you could make the argument that they're the second most likely team to win
00:31it all after the Dodgers.
00:32I think there's a way to argue that and say, if the Dodgers don't win it, maybe it's somebody
00:36else from the national league, which would, and I think the Cubs are the second best team
00:40in the national league.
00:42What's on your list of concerns for the Cubs?
00:45You've got to fill out the bullpen a little bit, or at least get guys where a council trust
00:50them.
00:50I know we got to the playoffs last year and he had four guys.
00:53Well, Brad Keller and Drew Pomeranz are gone.
00:56So who's going to end up in that circle of trust?
00:59But we saw it.
01:00It took a while to get to that place last year.
01:03We had, what was it, six weeks where it was terrible.
01:06And then there was a stretch where they were almost unhittable and they were amazing.
01:10And then they went through a stretch where they were kind of lackluster again.
01:13So it's, I think it'll take time to sort that out behind Palencia.
01:16I think Palencia is good to go now.
01:18I think he's probably going to give us a heart attack every once in a while, but that kind
01:22of goes with closer, but I think he's going to be good to go all year.
01:25It's just, how does everybody end up falling in behind him?
01:29Who's going to maintain that circle of trust level with Craig Council this year?
