00:31Suddenly, all these new infected are popping up.
00:34We introduced new infected enemies, gear, activities and unique missions
00:38where you can progress through reputation ranks.
00:42We had over 13 events where you could participate to complete goals
00:46and bandwet community members worldwide to earn additional rewards.
00:51I christen you a citizen of Villedor.
00:53You have faced countless adversities along the way which is why
00:57we wanted to make your playthrough even more unforgiving.

01:02The much anticipated New Game Plus brought you back to Villedor
01:05ready to face the horrors once more.
01:08But at the same time, it brought more difficult enemy AI
01:11by scaling up their levels to match the players.
01:14You wanted tougher battles, however, that was not everything you asked for.
01:19Villedor is my home.
01:21Due to popular demand, we have implemented the photo mode
01:24for all of you to capture the best moments in the game.
01:28You showed us some incredible pieces of work
01:30with a real knack for visuals.
01:32And for those of you who like to create something on their own,
01:36we have partnered with Mod.io to release developer tools
01:39currently in beta on PCs.
01:47They will allow you to create custom maps you have always dreamed of
01:52and share them with other players.
01:54More features are expected to drop later in the year
01:57as we approach the full release.
01:59This means that when the time is right,
02:02you will have full access to mod support in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
02:06With courage and patience, we will someday create a paradise.
02:10We have listened to your suggestions all year long.
02:13We released multiple new features and updates like optimization,
02:17new animations for weapons,
02:20X-ray effect, more infected during the day
02:22and definitely scarier encounters during the night.
02:26But we are not stopping in our efforts to improve your experience.
02:29Speaking of experiences, one of the biggest things we did this year
02:34was the launch of our first story DLC, Bloody Ties.
02:37Many of you already challenged the champion of the arena
02:41and we hope you had a blast.
02:42Equal fights for all, huh?
02:44It is our first anniversary,
02:46so it's only right we celebrate accomplishments like that with a bang.
02:50So we have prepared a few things for you to enjoy.
02:53Take part in celebratory events,
02:55Bloody Anniversary and Dropkick Weekend.
02:58Don't three special outfits from the first Dying Light,
03:02take part in the newest co-op dynamic challenges
03:04and download the Community Update 2,
03:07which introduces a lot of requested features and improvements,

03:19But now, let's take a small peek into the future.
03:22After all, our adventure with Dying Light 2 Stay Human has only just begun.
03:27As promised, this year will provide you with significant updates to our combat system,
03:32which is going to be more brutal,
03:34more physical and more rewarding.
03:36And knowing that movement is key to survival,
03:39we are working on major improvements to our parkour and traversal systems as well.
03:44We are also going to integrate Dying Light 2 Stay Human with our Techland GG platform even more.
03:50And yes, we do have an update regarding the second DLC, which you have all been waiting for.
03:56I'll tell you, but this has got to stay between us. Got it?
03:59Before the end of the year, you will have a chance to embark on a story-driven adventure set in
04:04a brand new location,
04:06unlike anything you have seen in the Dying Light series so far.
04:09And who knows, maybe you will see some familiar faces along the way.

04:16One thing is certain, those of you who enjoyed the first Dying Light will not be disappointed.
04:21And those of you who only just began their journey in the world will learn more about its reachback story.
