00:00I'm going to play a campaign of the game. This is the Battle of Monte Cassino, one of the deadliest
00:04battles of World War II taking place in Italy.
00:06And we're going to add some sound, and start with a small briefing of our objectives.
00:19There's our objective.
00:21Monastery of Montessori.
00:24Turmins.
00:24Salmins.
00:25Il risotto.
00:30Intelligence says they have followed divisions, and two of them answers.
00:36We want to approach Monte Cassino from the left flank, and to do that, we need to control the town
00:42of Osonia.
00:44That means we'll be launching two offenses simultaneously.
00:48While we tie down the tank divisions, the 101st Airborne will drop into Osonia and secure it.
00:56However, the intelligence services also tell us that there's a major AAA battery threatening our airborne troops.
01:04Your orders, Colonel, are to take care of that AAA regiment.
01:11Okay, so very simply, I have to attack the entire units over here, with my blue tank units.
01:21But I don't want to attract the attention of these Panzer units over there, which are going to be attacked
01:27by my allies on the beach set.
01:28So what I'm going to do is I'm going to use a ruse, a deception skill, to make my units
01:32invisible and surprise attack the enemy.
01:34So the way to work is very simple.
01:37At this stage of the game, you have only two ruses to choose from, but in the final game, you
01:40have over ten.
01:41So I'm going to use the radio silence plan, and then choose a sector where to apply it.
01:47And then all my units become invisible.
01:50And then I'm going to let you enjoy the battle.
01:52Radio silence is now in effect.
01:58Very good, Colonel.
01:59Commander?
02:00If your boys maintain radio silence, the Axis troops won't hear you coming.
02:05I want to read the attack.
02:08Good luck.
