00:20can assist thinking but it shouldn't replace it. Don't automate your
00:23personality too early especially in the service businesses. If your first
00:28interaction feels cold or robotic growth slows not accelerates use AI to prepare
00:34then humanize the delivery and please don't stack five tools without a
00:38workflow that's chaos with better branding structure first tools second if
00:45you're ever unsure what should stay human and what should become automated that
00:49balance is something we think about consistently in our own systems and with
