00:12doctor pierced an artery causing severe bleeding. An inquest found his death was contributed to by
00:17neglect and was preventable with appropriate care. His parents say they still struggle to
00:23accept that what they believed was a routine test ended in tragedy. The NHS Trust says it did not
00:30meet the standards expected. They have now admitted full liability for the boy's tragic death
00:34and have made changes to improve care. A coroner also issued a prevention of future deaths report
00:40after the inquest concluded.
