00:11Well there's hours and hours of content for you in the single player mode
00:14and it's divided into two separate components
00:17we've got the campaign mode
00:19and the puzzle mode
00:21the campaign mode is probably a good place for people to start if they're unfamiliar with the game
00:26or maybe they're experienced players and they just want to see the new features we've implemented
00:31such as the Worms classes, the physics objects or the dynamic water
00:36there's 32 missions all together and that's spread out over the four different themes
00:41we'll start you off gently, there's a training mission to get you going
00:45and then by the end of it we've really upped the ante
00:48and if you're not an experienced Worms player by the time you get to mission 32 then you never will
00:53be
00:53and then we've got the puzzle mode
00:55now the puzzle mode, it's more about challenges
00:59it's missions with a certain objective
01:01now that objective could be to get a vital worm that's on the enemy team
01:05or it could be to collect a crate
01:07but you've only got certain items and certain ways to achieve that goal
01:11this is a real strategic side of Worms games
01:15it's going to be a head scratcher and I think it's really going to excite people
01:19when they finally get to finish one of the puzzles
01:21there's 20 of those in total so there's plenty there to keep people going
01:26let's get down to the nitty gritty
01:27how can I beat my friends?
01:29well there's a couple of ways you can play against your friends with Worms Revolution
01:32there's local play and online play
01:35local play is the social side of Worms really
01:38that's where you get three of your mates round to your house
01:41all four of you sit on the sofa
01:42and you can either grab four pads or you can get one pad and pass it round
01:47and you can enjoy the banter and the fun that goes with playing Worms with people in the room with
01:52you
01:52and there's nothing better in local play than seeing the expression on your mates faces
01:57as you drop their last worm into the water
01:59and then you've also got the online mode
02:01in online mode you can set up a lobby yourself
02:05and you can tailor it to whatever settings you like
02:08and then you can invite people
02:11or you can wait for it to fill up
02:13and you can basically take on the best players in the world really
02:16this is where you're going to have to have improved your skills
02:18because there's some great Worms players out there
02:20or if you don't really want to mess about setting up a lobby yourself
02:23you can always join one of the lobbies that will be out there
02:25do a search, dive in
02:27and once again see how good you really are when you're up against the best players in the world
02:32so you can play it at home, you can play it online
02:35but either way you can have a great game
02:38what modes are available to play?
02:40well we've got three modes that you can choose from to play
02:42we've got the deathmatch mode, the force mode and the classic mode
02:47deathmatch mode is probably the bread and butter mode really in the Age of Revolution
02:51it's the one that most people will be familiar with
02:53and maybe the mode that people will play first
02:56with this you can set up a game with three other players
03:00or three AI combatants if you wish
03:02and you can set up your scheme settings
03:05and then basically you're straight into a match
03:08you're going to be able to use the physics objects
03:10the dynamic water and make use of the classes
03:13and it's a case of the last worm standard
03:17secondly obviously we've got the force mode like I mentioned
03:19now the force mode is probably my favourite mode
03:21what we've got there is similar to deathmatch mode in fact
03:25but the landscape is set into two separate force
03:29one either side with a body of water in between
03:32now this means that you've got to use a little bit more strategy here
03:35because you can't get directly to the opposing teams
03:37so you might want to use height to your advantage
03:39and try and get shots down from above
03:41or you might want to bunker down
03:43and maybe do hit and run for dark side tactics essentially
03:47either way I think force mode is probably going to be the one that people get the most fun out

03:52especially for me
03:53aside from the fact it looks beautiful as well
03:55I think it's probably one of the most beautiful landscapes
03:57we've created the force mode
03:59and lastly we've got the classic mode
04:01now the classic mode is for the worm's purists
04:04it's for people who have played worms before
04:07and maybe they want to experience that same kind of game
04:11they don't want to have the dynamic water
04:13they don't want to have to mess about with worm's classes
04:16and maybe they don't want the random nature that a physics object might include in the map
04:21so that's all removed
04:22and they can get on with playing worms classically as it was originally intended
04:27so there's something for everyone really in all the games modes
