00:46This allows managers to keep watching the game while making any tactical changes based on what's happening in games involving
00:52your league rivals.
00:54In fact, that pop-up panel can be customised to display up to 14 different information options, which allow managers
01:01to see what's going on in the game and alter their tactics accordingly far more quickly and in a better
01:07way than ever before.
01:10The process of making a substitution has also been streamlined. During a match, you'll now see a Make Substitutions button
01:16in the top left of the screen, and this allows managers to make in-game subs quicker and easier than
01:21before simply by dragging and dropping the player in question.
01:25Managers can then either confirm the substitution and get straight back to the action, or can give the incoming player
01:31final instructions before sending him onto the pitch.
01:35Despite the fact that managers can now access much more information during a match, we've still managed to make the
01:40Match Day screen less cluttered than previously.
01:43In FM13, the Action Bar and Match Info Bars are both now animated, so they slide off the screen and
01:50reappear when you move your mouse towards them.
01:53This isn't just easier to use, it also makes the matches look better and means that you can see more
01:58of the screen.
01:59You can also easily set camera angles inside the match, including choosing the new Railcam or zoom in and out
02:06of the action.
02:06You can also decide what amount of highlights to watch using the new Highlight mode, and you can set different
02:12speeds for the match action and text commentary outside of the highlights.
